Excellent cuisine, dishes presented in an original way and satisfying portions! I didn't try the desserts but they were absolutely tempting.

Excellent dishes, attention to detail, excellent raw materials, excellent wines. Attentive, professional service, very friendly girls. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, warm but not demanding, relaxing atmosphere. The chocolate cake is the best I have ever eaten, I recommend it to everyone! Every time I come to this place I am always pleasantly surprised, I can't wait to discover and taste the dishes on the next menu

Restaurant found "by chance" by reading the reviews, my husband is gluten and lactose intolerant. They had a lot of attention (which is very rare) and finally we ate a nice plate of pasta! Really delicious dishes. Prices normal. The restaurant is very well looked after. Before ordering they brought some sort of appetizer. And afterwards with the coffee also some sweets. I recommend everyone to stop. We eat very well. We can't wait to go back! Thank you

We really enjoyed two appetizers with fantastic flavours, in particular the tartare with fried egg, it was a wonderful experience. The first courses were a little too generous and meant we didn't have to choose dessert. Super recommended! Average quality/price ratio.

Unfortunately the environment wasn't the best because there were several families with small children who made a terrible noise. But the restaurant, food and service are exceptional!

A pranzo con amici il primo dell’anno. Si comincia con un amuse bouche offerto dalla casa , molto piacevole. Io ho ordinato il croccantino di foie gras, fantastico sia come sapore che come presentazione, e ho continuato con civet di cervo, anch’esso ottimo. Tutti gli altri commensali hanno molto gradito le loro portate, soprattutto la tartare di carne con uovo e il cinghiale. Bella idea il predessert, sempre offerto dalla casa. Servizio perfetto. Peccato che il nostro tavolo non avesse la vista sui vigneti e fosse incastrato in un angolino un po’ angusto. Conto assolutamente corretto.

More than 5 months after our experience at Le Vigneron, I spend a few minutes to review this place. We had dinner in this place during a short holiday in Valle d'Aosta, a holiday that coincided (deliberately) with our birthday since my partner and I were born on the same day. Before leaving and after careful research online we had marked some restaurants where we could spend the various evenings, and Le Vigneron, given the many positive reviews, was chosen for our birthday dinner (17 July). The choice turned out to be very appropriate as we ate very well. Food well presented and equally well explained by the very friendly and competent staff. It's a shame about the distance that separates us since we are Tuscan, otherwise it would be a restaurant I would go to very often. I highly recommend it.

Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, excellent raw materials, vast cellar, attentive service, discreet but very professional despite the young age. Cozy place, warm but not demanding, relaxing atmosphere. The owner, a RESTAURANT, handled a benevolent criticism with courtesy, grace and professionalism. The price is medium-high but completely commensurate with what is expressed above. Highly recommended

Bellissimo locale caldo e accogliente, arredato in stile montano ma con gusto moderno, suggestiva anche la vista dalle vetrate al piano superiore. Il menù è molto ampio per il genere di locale, cosa che sembrerebbe rendere difficile curare al meglio i piatti, invece abbiamo mangiato veramente molto bene, tutto ottimo dal pane fatto in casa ai piatti scelti al dolce. Servizio cordiale e professionale e prezzi assolutamente corretti per la qualità di quanto servito. Offerti dalla casa pre antipasto, pre dessert e piccola pasticceria con il caffè. Una delle pochissime realtà di ristorazione di livello della Valle d'Aosta, torneremo sicuramente.

This Aosta Valley restaurant perfectly combines the charm of mountain tradition with a touch of elegance and attention to detail. The cuisine is excellent, the result of an interesting mix of Aosta Valley and Abruzzo traditions, thanks to the origins of chef Christian and his partner. We particularly appreciated the tartare, fresh and tasty, the crespella, balanced and tasty, and the fondue, creamy and perfect. Even the desserts, all homemade, are exquisite and close the meal impeccably. A great strength is undoubtedly the welcome: Christian and his partner are of a rare kindness and availability. The service is attentive and professional, but never intrusive, making you feel pampered from the beginning to the end of the evening Finally, the value for money is surprising: for the quality of the experience, the prices are definitely fair. In summary, Le Gourmand is the ideal place for those looking for an authentic and high-quality culinary experience in a warm and familiar environment. Highly recommended!

16/02/2025: An experience worth every kilometer travelled! We drove two hours just to return to taste the one and only Aosta Valley cutlet from Cadrain Solaire in Courmayeur, and once again we were left speechless. Each dish conveys passion and attention to quality, all accompanied by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We always ask for the room with exposed stones, a suggestive corner that makes the meal even more pleasant. Impeccable service, friendly and professional staff. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!
12/02/2025: L’ambiente molto curato e rilassante cucina tipica con attenzione alla presentazione ma con ingredienti di ottima qualità una esperienza da consigliare e tornare per provare altri piatti in menù personale molto attento
