Buoni gli antipasti, fois gras e tartare di fassona, secondi di faraona e un guanciale di vitello . Tutto ben impiattato e ben curato . Dolce una mousse al cioccolato con pistacchio accompagnato con un bas armagnac . Conto sui 150€ per due persone . Pecca il servizio , tre volte abbiamo chiesto il pane senza successo anche per il caffè e l’armagnac abbiamo richiesto più volte la comanda . Cameriera graziosa ma molto improvvisata , anche le posate erano disposte in maniera errata . Poca professionalità nel servizio

Menu molto vario carne e pesce, cucina molto buona con piatti anche originali e personale gentile ed attento al cliente. Ambiente carino ma non tipico da montagna. una ottima alternativa ai ristoranti di Courmayeur che oramai devi prenotare 4 mesi prima. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto positivo. Lo consiglio sicuramente

03/08/2025: A refined restaurant. However, the fried eggplant in the first course, "Gnocchi alla luce del sole," was too tough and lacking in flavor. The Valdostana cutlet is very good and recommended for sharing between at least two people.
