We went for dinner, and honestly, I had a spectacular risotto with fondue. The cured meats were really good, especially the lard. The service was fast and friendly.

A traditional restaurant where you can savor traditional local dishes, accompanied by the friendly and courteous owners, ready to accommodate every request. The buttered trout is absolutely delicious, and the polenta with fontina cheese or stew is not to be missed. The desserts are truly delicious, all homemade, like the pear and chocolate cake.

The owner was very rude. I was very uncomfortable to hear her scolding her staff in front of guests, and she didn't treat her guests any better. I was looking forward to the food here and was very disappointed. It was inedible. We stayed for 2 nights, and I ended up eating somewhere else for every meal even though I had already paid and prearranged meals here. The servers were good, kind, and cheerful despite being publicly humiliated by their boss. The rooms were small but clean.

on the main entrance square to Courmayeur, at first a little scared by the unfairly negative reviews towards the friendly and fun staff.
We eat fondue and bourgignone, simply delicious and priced per person. Then the dessert, the strong touch, the best apple tart ever.
Very aesthetic place as you can see from the photos.
We will return often
