Cucina divina!!!! Tutto fresco e cucinato a regola d'arte. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, il polipo e l'insalata di mare. A seguire un fritto misto di pesce e il tonno scottato con farina di pistacchi e sesamo. Come dolce non poteva mancare la Seadas. Siamo stati benissimo! Aggiungo che io sono celiaca, il locale non è certificato ma il menù riporta gli allergeni e sono tutti molto attenti. Ma come mai non siamo andati prima :)!?!?!

30/07/2024: Nice find. I stopped at Gusteria for my lunch break. I confirm the good reviews. The environment is not very large but welcoming, the staff friendly and attentive. I chose the menu offered at €25 which includes a trio of cold starters, a first course of your choice, a glass of wine, water and coffee. The starter was very good and included burrata with green sauce, Russian salad and veal with tuna sauce. As a first course I chose tajarin with meat sauce, well cooked and really very good. Quick service. Recommended if you want to have a good lunch with traditional Canavese dishes.
02/07/2024: Owners are amazing and super friendly! Food came out fast and I enjoyed my time throughout! 10/10 would recommend!
