Right in the center of Saint-Vincent. The appetizers are good (charcuterie and cheese platters), the fondue is good and the pastas are excellent. Nice service. Average prices.

Bel locale in centro con staff gentile e buona qualità della materia prima. Prezzi nella media del posto e periodo. La proprietaria ci ha seguiti e consigliato nella scelta dei piatti e del vino. Molto buona la tagliata con i funghi porcini.

Siamo stati ieri sera in questo ristorante, esperienza molto positiva. Qualità delle materie prime e preparazioni molto elevata, abbiamo preso l'uovo al tartufo davvero squisito. Valore aggiunto il servizio della simpaticissima titolare, informale ma molto curato. Ottimo consiglio sull'abbinamento del vino. Abbiamo cenato fuori nella piacevole piazzetta. Ho letto/sentito commenti meno positivi, ma penso vadano sempre considerate le caratteristiche del locale nelle scelte rispetto alle proprie necessità. Se si ha esigenza di un servizio veloce per sfamare bimbi piccoli questo non è il ristorante giusto. Per una serata in coppia o piccoli gruppi, rilassata con buon cibo e vino assolutamente consigliato!

Restaurant attached to the hotel, we were there two evenings in a row, we eat both typical products of the Aosta Valley and some Tuscan dishes. The wine list with a good choice, welcoming place and the landlady (Tuscan) very kind and helpful. A gem.

07/05/2025: What can I say, an excellent restaurant! Elegant venue and atmosphere, without neglecting the mountain style. Excellent food and impeccable service, the owner is very kind and approachable, while the waiter is very professional.
14/04/2025: I'm sorry to have to give a rather negative opinion on this restaurant but I have to be objective. Nothing to say about the food, really excellent. Unfortunately the service was lacking in several aspects, a first request for lemon for seasoning was lost in the void and the second was made with ONE skimpy slice. Sixteen people stuck together at the table in a dark tavern, oh well. Wi-Fi connection null, password asked, incorrect provided. Let's not talk about the bill.
