Everything was superb; we even got a little surprise when we mentioned it was a special event. The owner, Marco, is incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is truly beautiful, right on the lake. Highly recommended.

We had to wait a little longer than expected due to some kitchen issues, but the experience was still positive. The staff was really nice, helpful, and always smiling, and the owner was very attentive and friendly, repeatedly apologizing for the wait. You can tell when someone cares about their customers: kindness and politeness make the difference. We'll gladly return.

A fantastic experience for the eyes, the palate, and the heart! The last lunch of the year proved to be a true experience, both culinary and visual, considering the breathtaking view, and indeed, a life experience! Marco, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we booked: the lunch on December 31, 2025, turned into a truly intimate and family-like meal, accompanied by pampering and attention to the customer, a rare thing these days, given the human factor, which is truly perceptible and far from predictable. Truly, every thoughtfulness and kindness was appreciated and will remain in our hearts (the surprise gift for special occasions is incredibly sentimental!). The service was also affable, friendly, and attentive, and many compliments, of course, to the chef! He satisfied and delighted us, starting with the appetizers: perfectly cooked shrimp, accompanied by crunchy potatoes/shrimp clouds, and a perfect vegetable tempura, light yet flavorful. In addition, the fried mussels were truly special and unconventional. The first courses were also superb. The lakeside mussels, in particular, were a true gem and an explosion of flavors, perfectly balancing a mix of bold flavors and subtlety. Another wonderful discovery was the "Cappelli Del Prete," cheese ravioli in a walnut and saffron sauce, which proved absolutely satisfying. We continued and concluded our journey, further gratifying our palates, opting for two specialties: "Gamberoni Al Cognac," grilled prawns sautéed in cognac—excellent. And then a slice of octopus: tentacles of the aforementioned, grilled and accompanied by delicious sauces, thin slices of orange, and a cone of crispy seaweed bread—refreshing and truly enjoyable. Everything was wonderful, and we'll be back soon, both for exceptional lakeside lunches (it feels like being somewhere so far away, exotic, yet familiar and welcoming), with ducks and swans, and in the summer, to enjoy days indoors in this little haven of well-being for the eyes, the palate, and the heart. A restaurant with a beautiful view of Lake Bracciano, chosen to celebrate my wife's birthday on November 10th. The owner, Marco, offered a warm welcome, and we found a varied menu with many original dishes. The quality was excellent, perfectly meeting our tastes and expectations based on the description of the dishes. The service was attentive, fast, and always served with much-appreciated kindness. We will definitely be back.

Ristorante Le Papere is a true gem on Lake Bracciano: a simply fabulous location, with a view that makes the experience even more special. The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming; you can immediately sense their dedication to their guests. The food is excellent, with local dishes prepared with great care and respect for tradition. A place I absolutely recommend visiting.

The owner was friendly and welcoming! It's a lovely restaurant. We had lunch outside, watching the swans and ducks below us. We also had hamburgers (which annoyed the waiter, who resentfully said, "You're coming to the lake and you want meat?!"). Well, sir, I happened upon this place by chance, and I certainly don't come to a restaurant looking for lake fish, or worse, sea fish. Who wants that?! I liked the meat, as well as the fries. Thank you ;)
