Very good restaurant and breakfast upstairs on the terrace with panoramic view. Very warm welcome.

Nicola was a wonderful host, allowed a late check-in and was responsive to all requests. The facility is beautiful, clean and family friendly.

In the Lucera countryside, with little indication and a few dirt roads, we arrived in the unkempt garden of a beautiful villa. The rooms were consistent with the photos on various websites: small, very beautiful, with attention to detail, including quality linens and original, new, and very beautiful architecture. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The TVs were large and the seats comfortable. The only flaw was the dim lights, but the details were still there. The problem is the organization, which absolutely needs to be improved. Little information, the breakfast was truly miserable, served in the room with sealed supermarket products of unknown brands, so it was unclear whether they were suitable for cholera sufferers. Breakfast was therefore self-service in the room, but you have to be able to use the cappuccino or coffee machine, and worse, do it at the desk!!!! The Wi-Fi password was never obtained or written down anywhere... the staff handed us the room keys and disappeared. The much-vaunted restaurant has amazing potential because it has a beautiful view, but the menu is a disaster, despite the efforts of the very kind waitress/cook/jack of all trades... not even fruit for an excessive price! I'll specify an appetizer, two pre-cooked cutlets, and two main courses with a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, a dessert. The bill was €107... in the morning, a mistake by the waitress forced me to wake up. Too bad... very nice and comfortable rooms, but the organization absolutely needs to be revised, from the welcome to the management.

Impeccable place, immersed in total relaxation. The room was super clean, the smell of cleanliness wafting through as soon as you enter. A generous breakfast was served on the terrace with a wonderful view. We'll definitely be back.

Nicola is an excellent host, always friendly and attentive, and makes you feel at home with his simple, authentic cuisine. Dinner on the terrace is truly relaxing. Top 👍🏻

We were guests for 1 night during our descent towards Salento. New and very well-kept rooms, excellent dinner on the terrace. Nicola an excellent owner! Recommended!
