Impeccable service, with a professionalism and friendliness rarely found in similarly caliber brasseries.
Truly top-quality meat with impressive aging variability.
I recommend everyone finish their meat meal with about 100g of Japanese Wagyu from Hokkaido. It's truly spectacular.
