The owner is empathetic, genuinely friendly, and always smiling. You don't even need to open the menu: he guides you through your meat selection with passion and expertise, making you feel immediately at ease. It's true, this approach can sometimes lead to a slightly higher bill than expected, but when it comes to quality meat, it's normal to expect a higher price. The real surprise, however, was finding the total more than fair: we expected to spend much more! The atmosphere was refined yet informal. Attentive service. We'll definitely be back!

I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant twice, and they were both magnificent experiences!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!! Excellent staff, knowledgeable, hospitable, and polite! Excellent meat, professional service and presentation of the dishes.

Excellent place to eat grilled meat. They offer various types of specialty meats from all over the world, cooked to perfection, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they're passionate about it as they explain everything to you at your table, acting as a gastronomic guide. Truly spectacular, and definitely not a given.

We went for our anniversary with high expectations! And we were NOT wrong! The meat was excellent, cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, with a thorough explanation of all the types of meat and cuts. We also found the price to be fair. We'll definitely be back to try more!

Excellent quality and average prices

The staff was very helpful with both the choice of meat and the wine to accompany it. There are many different types of meat to choose from, as is the wine list. There were four of us and we followed the waiter's recommendations, which did not disappoint. We ordered 1 kg of Piedmontese beef and 1 kg of choco, paired with Barbera d'Asti and d'Alba wines.

An absolute gem in the grilling industry. The selection of meats is top-notch, the wine list is adequate, and the wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Only the ambiance is very basic, but that's perhaps what sets it apart. The food is on par with much more prestigious steakhouses, but with a price difference of about 30%, in some cases, perhaps even more. I will definitely return and, above all, I will recommend it. Well done! In the photo, a Rubia Galliega, not easy to find elsewhere.

Una trasferta a Torino è stata l'occasione ideale per visitare questo luogo di perdizione consigliatoci da un collega torinese. Eravamo in 12 e siamo arrivati in ritardo, ma l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e il servizio molto attento. Guidati dall'esperienza del cameriere, abbiamo iniziato il nostro viaggio culinario che ci ha portato ad assaggiare tagli diversi con frollature crescenti, uno più buono dell'altro. Ovviamente c'è chi ha preferito un tipo e chi l'altro, ma nessuno è mai arrivato a dire "questo non era buono". Anzi, in alcuni casi abbiamo fatto il bis perché la porzione ci era sembrata troppo piccola nonostante il peso dichiarato. Potrei aver qualcosa da ridire sulle porzioni degli antipasti, ma anche in quel caso abbiamo risolto facilmente aggiungendone altri. Anche i dolci non erano per niente male, ma qua si viene principalmente per la carne! Il conto non è stato esattamente "popolare" - abbiamo speso poco più di 80€ a persona - ma abbiamo mangiato e bevuto senza risparmiarci e la qualità era indiscutibile, quindi la carta è stata strisciata con soddisfazione. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!

Abbiamo scoperto questo locale grazie al consiglio di amici che, come noi, apprezzano la buona carne. Siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia; il locale era tranquillo e pulito. I menù, semplici e ben organizzati, offrivano una scelta adeguata, evitando confusione. Essendo la nostra prima visita, il cameriere si è dedicato a illustrarci nel dettaglio l'esperienza culinaria proposta. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti di formaggi e salumi, patate al forno come contorno, scottona canadese (almeno 300 gr) e una fiorentina (almeno 1,3 kg), entrambe di qualità eccellente e dal sapore unico. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo Barbera d'Asti superiore. Il prezzo rispecchia la straordinaria qualità del cibo, e pertanto lo consigliamo vivamente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
