The service was excellent and the homemade food was delicious. The location and views were spectacular.

Spurred by the excellent reviews, I booked this restaurant for a Sunday lunch, and fortunately, we weren't disappointed. The service was impeccable; they know what they're doing. We started with what's called the "house appetizer," which is actually more of a platter of cured meats and cheeses with a few additions, like grilled vegetables and beans. Personally, I find this definition misleading: without wishing to criticize the restaurant (also because it seems to be standard practice at restaurants we've frequented in the area), in Puglia, we're accustomed to a different concept of the house appetizer, generally consisting of multiple courses, both hot and cold, which allow for a broader overview of the local produce. Next, we had maltagliati with truffle and sausage: the homemade pasta was truly excellent, thick (perhaps too thick) and al dente, exactly how I like it. The only slightly subdued note was the sauce; in my opinion, it lacked flavor. For our second course, we chose the arrosticini, the real highlight of the meal: soft, succulent, and flavorful, among the best we've ever tasted. Despite the restaurant being packed, we asked for seconds and were pleasantly surprised when, within minutes, they were served without any fuss. To conclude, we had two homemade tiramisu, both very good, accompanied by their own liqueurs and served directly at the table, although I didn't particularly appreciate them. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. I would definitely return if I were to return to Abruzzo or even just pass through the area.

Authentic restaurant with excellent traditional Abruzzo food, mostly homemade pasta, including cured meats. Friendly management with prompt and courteous service. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality and the excellent meal you served.

Beautiful place, excellent and fast service. The food is all homemade, everything is good, as is the owner's friendliness and helpfulness. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, surrounded by nature. I highly recommend going there.
