Excellent dinner We ate an amazing spaghetti with seafood The octopus with pignata is also highly recommended. Owner and staff very kind and helpful. Fast service.

We ordered orecchiette bolognese, gnocchi ai quatro formaggi and some drinks. Super tasty dishes. Maybe there was some bread missing for the later scarpetta (because the sauces in both dishes were delicious), but maybe it was due to the high occupancy of the tables and they simply forgot about it. Each of the staff had their own tasks, so our orders were collected and delivered very quickly. It is definitely worth going and trying the local dishes.

Sentamos para comer comida típica da Puglia e escolhemos oricchietes à bolonhesa (não gostei muito) e um polvo com azeitonas, alcaparras e tomate cereja (nunca comi um polvo mais macio que esse). Tomamos uma cerveja para acompanhar. O restaurante fica localizado na área reservada aos pedestres e onde estão localizados aos mais belos prédios. Conseguimos estacionar a cerca de 60 metros do restaurante, o que facilitou muito pra nós.

Pour un petit resto dans une rue piétonne avec beaucoup de monde, une belle surprise, des bonnes pâtes bien cuites et assaisonnées, un service rapide et efficace. Je recommande les orechietta avec burrata, câpres et anchois

06/01/2025: A place not to be missed if you go to Alberobello and are a meat lover.... offering excellent bombette sausage and capocollo but what left me breathless was the veal steak and the platter of cured meats all rigorously raised and slaughtered in the area... Exceptional not to be missed.

30/12/2024: A refined, distinct and welcoming location, I celebrated 50 years; a strong point is the gastronomy to be considered of a high level, congratulations to Mrs. Paola and her very kind collaborators, see you at the next event, thanks again❤️
21/12/2024: To celebrate our little girl's first birthday we chose this location (suggested by a couple of friends) after seeing several. Torre Belvedere immediately struck us with its garden and stone rooms which give the internal environment a sense of warmth and welcome. Paola and her team were the icing on the cake! They immediately understood how we wanted to organize the party and went beyond all our expectations, allowing us to make that day memorable not only for us but also for our guests. We have certainly found our favorite location which will avoid us having to make many more trips to other rooms for future events.
