We stopped for lunch and were very satisfied. The dishes were very good and really fresh. The zucchini flowers❣️At the end of the meal, the chocolate salami accompanied by their homemade limoncello was excellent 🥰 Welcoming and clean atmosphere, the polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very nice restaurant, we ate very well! The salmon plate, the 4 cheese pasta and the eggplant parmigiana were just delicious. The servers are incredibly kind and very friendly, always attentive to the customer. I highly recommend it!

Recommended for its location on a quaint Polignano street, friendly staff, and excellent food. The appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees are high-quality, and the prices are fair, taking everything into account, especially the ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

02/07/2025: A nice place just a stone's throw from the sea. Friendly staff, very fast service and professional waiters. Excellent French fries and very good pizza. They only make one "size" of fries (not small/medium/large). Good value for money.
01/07/2025: We were on holiday in Monopoli for my birthday for the second year in a row, and I once again rounded off my special day with amazing food and superb service at Tamborr! A wonderful evening with the young team, who offer impeccable service despite the relaxed atmosphere. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I really appreciate this! We'll definitely be back & would happily recommend you 🫶🏼
