For years, it's been my go-to place for Palermo delis. Sometimes, during the busiest times, they're lacking in organization. A simple number would help a lot. I hope they implement it soon.

Superb arancini! (I recommend the salmon ones ❤️). Since living in Segrate, I've been frequenting this place often, and I must say I've never been disappointed! The pastries are excellent, as is the bread. The owner has always been incredibly kind, and today, while we waited, he even offered us coffee ✨ I also recommend the brioches with tuppo (I've only found them at this bar), which remind me so much of my hometown of Sicily ❤️

I'm giving it 3 stars only because the cashier needs a good lesson in good manners, otherwise she's just an exorcist... more unpleasant than this woman, who's been working there for years, never seen her! The products are good, but every now and then the brussels are sore, with the cream gone bad... In any case, the management needs to change, or you'll lose so many customers just because of the service!!

30/03/2026: Everything is gluten-free, the service is very fast, just a little expensive. 3 euros for an iced coffee.
21/03/2026: A beautiful café located across from Humanitas. It's clean and offers gluten-free and lactose-free cakes. I had the apple and cinnamon cake, which was excellent, and the cappuccino was well-made. The staff and the owner are friendly. I'll definitely be back.
