I went for lunch on a Sunday with family and friends. We were welcomed very well by the friendly and helpful dining room staff, they even bothered the chef to better manage my wife's various allergies. We tasted a variety of appetizers and the first course... this was enough to appease our hunger, also given the quantities which were anything but small. The setting for all this is the structure, a beautiful room on the ground floor of a farm of historical interest. Definitely coming back!!!

The location is stunning, and the entire process of booking lunch for 20 people went smoothly, as Domenico took care of everything and provided us with perfect guidance on the menu options. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. All the meals were delicious, and I loved the option to have the appetizers outside so we could enjoy the perfect weather and walk around. The wine selection was excellent, from the white to the red. A big thank you for the outstanding service; the staff was professional and attentive to every request from our guests. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and we will definitely go back to try the other dishes.

The kitchens of Masseria Spina are the perfect combination of elegance and tradition, but let's start from the beginning... As soon as we arrive, we are welcomed by the charismatic Domenico who, with his professionalism and kindness, manages to immediately put us at ease and accompanies us to our table, a solid wood table set with taste and elegance . Having browsed the menu, we order... and here begins our journey towards the flavors of true Mediterranean cuisine: dishes prepared and served with unparalleled elegance, where the mastery of the chef and the quality of the raw materials reign supreme, with balanced flavors and perfect cooking. What can I say...everything perfect!! I will be back as soon as possible. Keep it up! PS: as soon as I get back I'll take some photos of the dishes :)

Congratulations for everything. Fabulous location. Very friendly and customer-focused staff. Excellent room service, not to mention the dishes prepared by Chef Enio, as true Apulian tradition teaches us. Excellent relationship, quality - price. Just be careful for those who care about their figure, it's impossible to resist the homemade delicacies, because in addition to eating well, you eat a lot and a lot and it's impossible to give them up.

Great evening at the Masseria Spina restaurant The service was truly incredible, they took great care!! We had the octopus tentacle as a starter, it was excellent. The beef cheek was tender and the sauce was very good. My friend who took the grill platter liked it, but we recommend you take something more elaborate… they are really good in cooking ;) The tiramisu was good! Really great, for our last evening it was magical!
