Excellent restaurant, well-kept and elegant atmosphere. Excellent food, exceptional pecorino and fig risotto, as well as the grilled meat. The desserts are also very good. Very kind and attentive staff. An experience to definitely repeat 👍

First time in the Aosta Valley and La Thuile, and we couldn't have chosen a better place for dinner! Le Coq Maf was a surprise: a welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, and the owner was always available and attentive. The food was truly exquisite, high-quality and freshly cooked, with great attention to detail. An experience that made us feel right at home. Not your typical tourist spot... highly recommended!

The fillet is excellent, both grilled and with mushrooms. The vegetable side dishes and baked potatoes are very good. It's a place we always enjoy going to.

09/09/2025: We paid €69 for two appetizers and two first courses, a bottle of water, a quarter of wine, and two coffees. Definitely too much for a place like this. Of course, being on the Via Francigena route helps keep prices high; people come and go, and you never see them again. As a well-known chef would say, GOODBYE.
06/09/2025: Very good dorm with dinner and breakfast. The bed was adequate for a good night's sleep after a day of hiking on the via ferrata. The owner was very friendly and spoke French.

09/09/2025: This was a delicious meal I had the ravioli and it was nothing like in the US. It was so light and tasty. The restaurant was initially less crowded but more people came later.
