Le Colombare In Verona

Located in a terrific, calm hill of Verona. This place was definitely the best place for a steak. Truly Argentinian place, the empanadas are to die for. The steaks cooked to perfection and the service above and beyond.

Last night we went out to eat with the family and we had a really great time! The service was excellent, and we especially want to thank and compliment the red-haired waiter: super kind, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and truly attentive to everything. He brought everything to us with care, asked us several times if everything was okay, and opened the bottle of wine with class and elegance. He also served water at the table and even took photos for us. It was truly magnificent, impeccable service! Another young man, with curly hair, was also very kind and helpful: less present than the other, but still polite and smiling. The meat was delicious, perfectly cooked, and truly flavorful. We ate very well, everything was prepared with care. The only small point: the wait was a bit long, but it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

On July 15th, we celebrated my partner's 40th birthday at Le Colombare. I was truly impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the staff, Vas in particular... kind and helpful, and even though we teased him all evening, he was always smiling and professional. Top! Like the rest of the staff. The food was exquisite, cooked exactly as we requested, the vegetables were flavorful, and nothing, and I mean nothing, was brought to the table burnt... everything was truly perfect. Perhaps a small flaw that I'm sure could be improved is the timing of the courses; perhaps waiting a few more minutes between courses would have allowed us to eat the food more slowly. Even though the courses were served on grilled trays, I think waiting until the first course is eaten helps you eat the meat piping hot. As for everything else, we'll definitely be back.

I had dinner with friends and we tried the assorted Angus grill, a rib-eye Angus steak with fillet and sirloin, and the tartare. Everything was very good, except that the cuts weren't as tender as usual for Argentinean meat, but that was probably a mix-up that evening. Apart from that, they're very good at cooking the meat and vegetables, as well as the potatoes, and the wine they offered for the meat was really good, capable of soothing the palate and intoxicating the senses with fruity notes. The meat was very tasty! I'll be back, thank you. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with characteristic caves and tunnels that were useful for the wait between courses! Generous portions, prices relatively in line with the raw ingredients, and compliments to the chef! The only precaution is to make sure the cut is tender because the flavor is truly intense and the perfect softness in the flaking of the meat fibers would crown a dish already rated high level! Chimichurri on artisanal bread offered as an entrée truly phenomenal!

The place is very nice, with a lovely, spacious terrace in a very quiet location. We had empanadas to start with their appetizer, both chicken and meat were very good. Next, we had a sliced Angus and Picanha steak, delicious, melt-in-the-mouth. Finally, we had a crema catalana. The prices are normal, the staff is very friendly, and if you need advice or information, they're always available. Free parking underneath.

Excellent food. Perfect location. Perhaps the prices are a little too high for what's on offer.

My favorite restaurant in my city, impeccable service and friendly staff, high quality food and generous portions, spectacular location in a beautiful park, but what more do you want from life? I want their Argentine flan!!!!🥰who doesn't try it can't understand, the perfect dessert for a perfect place! 👍👍👍

Da appassionati di carne questo è il nostro punto di riferimento. Purtroppo a Verona, fino ad oggi, abbiamo trovato pochissime realtà che offrono questi prodotti di ottima qualità e trattati con amore e competenza. Alle Colembare tutto è buono, non solo la carne, anche se non abbiamo mai provato la pizza. Bella location e personale molto preparato. Prezzi in linea col mercato.

Ristorante di cucina argentina di cui sono cliente da anni, non vado così spesso come vorrei ma ogni volta che vado è una festa per il palato. Piatti a base di carne favolosi, locale ben curato e personale gentilissimo.
