I have been a customer for years and I am always extremely satisfied. Excellent cuisine to say the least, delightful environment, discreet and highly trained staff. It's a pleasure to come back every time... and years have passed.

Le Colombare is a restaurant where we go periodically to eat something "different" than usual.
The meat is of quality and cooked well... also due to the grills brought to the table to keep the meat warm, (this according to my wife, because I don't eat meat); even the vegetarian proposal is interesting and satisfying.
Very good pizzas.
The staff is truly attentive, prepared and present, it is not easy to have such a refined service.
The environment is "particular" perhaps deserves some more attention... amazing in the summer outdoors.
I always recommend it to friends.

We ate for lunch, I must say that I didn't have high expectations but I was particularly and pleasantly positively surprised
The quality food and meat especially the Pichania which I recommend.
I'm not crazy about the decor...
In summer there is a whole garden for outdoor dining.

Two of us came for dinner, really excellent food, very good meat, tender and cooked perfectly, fantastic and very tasty empanadas.
David served us, a very kind and super helpful guy, if I could I would have given the service a 10.

Carne veramente ma veramente eccezionale. Costata americana e Picana al top. Consiglio le patate al forno cotte alla perfezione e, soprattutto non erano riscaldate ma appena cucinate.

La carne è molto buona, si sente la qualità nella scelta del prodotto.
L'unica pecca è il prezzo elevato, nel piatto consiglierei di inserire almeno un po di verdura a guarnizione, invece di doverla ordinare a parte.
