Found with TheFork. The place is very hidden, with access via a small door that leads down and leads to a large underground restaurant. It develops horizontally, and even tables are found inside a former Roman cistern. The quality of the food (typical Tuscan) is impeccable, truly delicious, and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Perfectly adequate price (with the discount via booking with TheFork) compared to the food. In conclusion, truly highly recommended.

Ci si aspetta di meglio dalle cantine di uno storico Palazzo di Volterra tanto decantato.
mise en place in parte usa e getta che non giustifica affatto il prezzo del coperto.

Excellent fresh pasta. Mine, sage-filled ravioli with a butter sauce and my husband's, a type of long pasta with Tuscan ragu sauce. The chocolate dessert was heavenly, very light and not over-sweetened. Ditto for the orange and cointreau confection. Very kind, patient owner who paired a lovely wine with the meal.
Highly recommend this restaurant.
