We had risotto with zucchini flowers and pistachios, tagliatelle with duck, and chitarrini with ragù. Everything was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

This restaurant has two entrances, one facing the Roman theater and one in the historic center.
Traditional cuisine, including delicious chicken liver crostini and the earthenware ragù.
The pistachio risotto is truly excellent, and the spaghetti alla chitarra and tagliatelle with duck ragù (perhaps a bit bland) are also very good. Excellent tiramisu.
The price is reasonable.

Location to say the least characteristic, located inside the Palazzo Viti still has the rooms of the old cisterns. Really excellent food, very good cheeses with its jams, the traditional ragù and Pici! Nothing to say really everything very good!!

Found with TheFork. The place is very hidden, with access via a small door that leads down and leads to a large underground restaurant. It develops horizontally, and even tables are found inside a former Roman cistern. The quality of the food (typical Tuscan) is impeccable, truly delicious, and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Perfectly adequate price (with the discount via booking with TheFork) compared to the food. In conclusion, truly highly recommended.
