A meticulously maintained setting in the heart of the Sassi di Matera. Authentic cuisine, with thoughtful reinterpretations that don't distort the essence of tradition. A top-notch wine list. And a special mention to all the staff, all extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice place close to our accommodation. On a rainy day, we dined without a reservation...the octopus was delicious, and the fava bean and chicory soup was also good. Fast service, very friendly waiters.

A magnificent setting in the Sassi, a smiling, attentive, and warm staff... and delicious food from start to finish! Special mention goes to the carbonara, a real favorite, but the rest of the menu is just as tempting. Each dish exudes local tradition, with authentic and well-executed flavors. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on our first evening and enjoyed typical regional dishes. We loved it so much that we returned the next day for lunch—it's become our go-to restaurant during our stay in Matera. Excellent tiramisu, friendly atmosphere, impeccable service... A superb culinary discovery in a charming place! I recommend it without hesitation! 🍝✨

Ottimi piatti freschi della tradizione . Da provare assolutamente purè di fave con cicoria 2.0 con polpo ala griglia … divino!!! Buonissimi anche i primi : le intramontabili orecchiette all cime di rapa e i cavatelli alla lucana !

16/11/2025: A wonderful experience, accompanied by my dog. The agriturismo is easy to reach, surrounded by greenery among orange, mandarin, and kiwi trees. Standard rooms, super comfortable pillows, spacious bathroom. The room was located away from the main building, which was top-notch, providing a sense of peace. Breakfast and dinner are locally sourced, with everything homemade: fruit, jams, pastries, yogurt, pasta, passata... I highly recommend this agriturismo; I will definitely return.
21/10/2025: We spent a lovely weekend at Pago. The atmosphere is very rustic and decidedly clean, with locally sourced cuisine using top-quality ingredients. We had the opportunity to dine and have breakfast on the property, and what can I say? All the ingredients were excellent, with generous breakfasts featuring yogurt, fruit, nuts, jams, and homemade desserts. Dinner also included a selection of simple and elaborate dishes, all unique and delicious. We also visited their farm several times, where my daughter was entertained by many new animal friends. It's conveniently located between Nova Siri, Rotondella, and Policoro. Definitely an experience worth repeating and highly recommended.
