I have eaten at this place for two days and the new management is excellent. First class service and delicious food. I recommend the Cavatelli and the Angus Tagliata.
In addition, I needed to take a taxi and the two managers kindly took care of reserving it.

I had the pleasure of tasting a mouth-watering "Lucan style" carbonara and grilled meats that melt in your mouth...
All accompanied by an excellent cellar.

We had dinner at this place on the recommendation of friends who had been there and we enjoyed every course.
The place is suggestive, in full Matera style, very authentic.
We tasted Bruschetta, Broad Beans and Chicories, Octopus and some ate meat.
The owners are very nice.
The exposed grill is also very nice to look at.
Super recommended, we will be back.

My partner and I took a trip to Matera for our 10th anniversary, and for dinner we chose this restaurant run by young guys. Very good cuisine with modern cooking techniques that offers traditional but also modern dishes, in both cases made with local products. A consumer choice that supports young people and local producers. 5 stars because the location is super typical, tidy, spacious, the dishes are good and come from local products, the service was friendly and welcoming. I recommend everyone to make a stop to support the producers of Matera and the young people who invest in this city in the long term. Well done 👏

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo fatto un viaggio a Matera per il nostro 10° anniversario, e per cenare abbiamo scelto questo ristorante gestito da ragazzi giovani. Cucina molto buona e con tecniche di cottura moderne che propone piatti tradizionali ma anche moderni, in entrambi i casi lavorati con prodotti locali. Una scelta di consumo che va a sostenere i giovani e i produttori del posto. 5 stelle perchè la location è super tipica, ordinata, spaziosa, i piatti sono buoni e derivano da prodotti locali, il servizio è stato cordiale e accogliente. Consiglio a tutti di fare una tappa per sostenere i produttori di matera e i giovani che su questa città investono nel lungo termine. Bravi 👏
