La Botteghe di Donatello is an amazing restaurant, the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. We went there several times during our stay in Florence, and every visit was wonderful. I’d like to give special thanks to Norbert, who welcomed us warmly and was very attentive and friendly. Without a doubt, an exceptional professional.

Right in dumo easy to find it big restaurant , sit outside is enjoyable in the heart of the square , good service , pizza good taste but not big and i had better pizzas after in other places , pasta was good taste , good prices being in tourist main spot of Florence , I recommend if you are in Dumo

We came back here several times during our family holiday in Florence. The food was excellent, the pricing very fair, and the atmosphere pretty unbeatable - I mean, look at the location! Yes, it is hard to get a bad pizza in Florence, but these were some of the best we've had anywhere. The Pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale was absolutely delicious too. And the waiters were really nice with the kids. Also, had a great chat with the manager who is an Iron Maiden fan. Top marks all around!

Ci siamo fermati qui a pranzare prima della gara 100 km del passatore. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile mi hanno fatto una pasta al pomodoro fantastica. Non mi è mai capitato di trovarmi in una città così affollata di turisti e essere trattata come un cliente abituale . Complimenti davvero

20/02/2026: Simple and efficient cooking. The burrata salad was very tasty. The homemade pasta was excellent.
20/02/2026: We had a very pleasant meal. The food was delicious. One of the waiters spoke good French and was very friendly. The waiters offered us a taste of two different wines to help us choose. I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/03/2026: A well-constructed menu with truly expertly executed dishes, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Try the various pasta dishes, starting with the one with cavolo nero pesto.
