We dined at this restaurant, a very welcoming and characteristic location. The waiters were particularly gracious and attentive, but never intrusive.
The menu offers a wide selection of both individual dishes and convivial platters. We opted for a charcuterie board as an appetizer, followed by two convivial platters and desserts. The food was excellent and the prices were fairly reasonable.
A small negative: in our convivial dish, "l'Encore de Sapin," the pickles were too few compared to the amount of cheese.
Positive: The chef's welcome entree was very welcome, and the service deserves praise.
The desserts are also highly recommended: the excellent apple parcel and the zabaglione prepared at the table.

A truly excellent lunch, from the quality of the food, to the presentation, and the service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and very attentive to their customers. The menu featured a variety of cheeses, as well as meat and fish. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.

Wonderful place, meticulously maintained. Impeccable service. We ordered the fried cutlet with potatoes, stuffed with ham and cheese. They only make it on Tuesdays or to order, and it's truly delicious.

A unique place, offering a true taste of the Aosta Valley, and Cogne in particular.
Dishes are of the highest quality, with absolute attention to detail, rigorously rooted in tradition, and using only the finest ingredients.
You simply must try the Valdostana cutlet, an extraordinary experience!
I also recommend pairing it with a good bottle of Tourette Superiore.
Special mention goes to the staff, from the head maitre d' to all the highly trained young chefs; they are capable of offering you an authentic journey of flavor and tradition!

A beautiful restaurant with an ancient Aosta Valley theme.
Impeccable service, and a lovely idea to offer their own spiced wine (killer) with a welcome plate.
The menu is very extensive, especially the wine selection.
I wanted to try the Favô, a very good and unique dish, while my companion had the Agnolotti, also very good.
To round things off, we had a tasting of 18 cheeses accompanied by three sauces, plus polenta, salad, and potatoes.
The potatoes were a bit of a letdown because they were just whole boiled potatoes.
But what can I say? An experience worth having.
To finish, a panna cotta with raspberries and chocolate, very good but overpriced.
I'm giving it 4 stars only because the wine and desserts are a bit overpriced.
If you're passing through Cogne, I recommend stopping by.

Exceptional dinner. Attentive and fast service. Professional and courteous.
We had dinner this evening, starting with caponata and carpaccio. Followed by a hearty raclette. We finished with gelato and a delicious zabaglione, freshly whipped in a copper pot. An experience that left us happy and truly full! Highly recommended for anyone looking to sample delicious dishes in a mountainous yet elegant setting.

Found by chance... what can I say, one of the best restaurants I've ever tried in my life.
Food with attention to detail, exceptional quality, impeccable service, especially from the gentleman in charge of management and cashiering.
The restaurant's interior is very well-kept and welcoming, the soft music is very pleasant, and the view is exceptional!

It's a beautiful restaurant and the waiters are very friendly. Food quality is good but not compared to the prices, I understand Cogne is a "rich place" but the prices here are truly out of proportion, feels more like being in Zwitserland instead of Italy, €14 for a dessert is outrageous..

The ingredients are exceptional and the service perfect, so much so that during our four-day stay we returned twice for dinner. If you're a cheese lover, the 18-piece cheeseboard, each more unique than the last, is a must-try.
