We had lunch at this restaurant during a trip to Cogne. During the booking we pointed out that our 1 year old daughter was with us and when we arrived we found the table set for her too, with everything she needed. The staff is truly fabulous, kind and attentive, they pay a lot of attention to the service. The dishes are really well presented and above all they are excellent!!!. We will definitely be back!

Finding ourselves in Cogne (my dream together with my partner is to come and live there), we went to eat in this restaurant. Well, the choice was no longer the right one. The restaurant manager and the guys welcomed us in a wonderful way, making us feel at ease. Kindness and courtesy 10. Then not to mention the room with molds attached to the walls for making butter that local people used in the past. We were staying an hour and a half away, but we wanted to return 2 days later. Come back to try their delicious Fondue with a particular Bresaola from Cogne. I forgot, they will bring you a spiced wine as a welcome entree which is something fantastic. Already recommended to friends about to go on holiday in the Aosta Valley. We are the guys who live near Rome, we were with you in early June asking you where to buy a good Fontina. We were very saddened to hear about the disaster that Cogne went through with that flood. Quality/price 10 if not more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Restaurant with panoramic views and excellent dishes... We especially appreciated the raclette and the dish of the day (seasoned polenta), the flavored wine and the apple juice for the children.

5 stelle non bastano! Esperienza culinaria ottima e locale condita da un personale giovane, ma molto attento e professionale. Abbiamo iniziato con un tagliere di fontina d’alpeggio e crudo di Bosses. Sublimi! Imperdibile la Potence da condividere con una carne superba e salsine fenomenali. Locale tipico di montagna con una cucina di alto livello. Imperdibile!

Cortesia, educazione e cordialità non mancano in un posto così elegante in quel di Cogne,la cucina è al quanto divina e di alto livello, piatti curati e cibo di primissima qualità.
