We had a delicious salad and cheese fondue. We found the sabayon a bit too much (very heavy on the alcohol). The regional wine was delicious; we went for the Gewürztraminer, which paired well with the fondue. The staff spoke excellent English and French. It all looked a bit traditional, but that's to be expected in a holiday destination like Cogne. Booking via email was easy (and essential).

Wonderful typical Aosta cuisine where the restaurant's atmosphere and staff transport you to the Cogne of yesteryear. You can enjoy the typical Italian goat fonduta, as well as the top-quality French raclette.
Their meats are exquisite in all their varieties.
To start, they offer a delicious, spiced mulled wine, typical of the area.
Their wine cellar is fantastic, offering a great value for money for lovers of good wine.
Their equally wonderful desserts make choosing a must-try. We highly recommend their mint and lemon ice cream.

Location molto bella, caratteristica di un ristorante di montagna. Camerieri molto cordiali ed accoglienti, vestiti con abiti caratteristici di montagna.
Ottimo cibo, di qualità. Prezzo giusto per la qualità ricevuta.
