I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm.
The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.
By far the best restaurant we visited while our stay in Sardegna. Traditional dishes, very well prepared and with a little tweak. The prices are a bit above average, but it's totally worth it.
Highly recommendable.

Great, Friendly Service. Some unusual dishes on the Menu but are all equally delicious and worth the price.

Very innovative kitchen. Something not expected in the little village. We really liked the Vitello Tonnato and the fish tartar.

Pleasantly surprised by this little place. Kind and attentive staff. Quality raw materials and refined recipes. We ate divinely at a more than fair price. We felt pampered, we would definitely return 🧡

We had dinner for two on Friday evening. Nice, minimal and clean place. First of all I compliment the ladies in the room, very attentive to the customer (I underline that the place was full and the service was impeccable) and also friendly, which doesn't hurt. We ate pasta with sheep ragù, grilled pecorino, sheep stew, braised pork cheeks and two desserts. A bottle of water, two coffees and an exceptional bottle of Brama, Mesa winery (€28 I think). Total bill €120. Now it is clear that we took several dishes and the raw materials were of quality but honestly the food was nothing more than what is presented in a restaurant at more adequate prices. The ragù was the same meat as the stew but shredded and the stew wasn't even accompanied by a small side dish, just a ladle put there on a plate. I repeat, the cheeks were pork, even a little bland (accompanied by a simple puree) so still a poor meat. No culinary flair, no particular preparation or anything that stood out to justify the price of €18/20 per course for the second courses, the portions were not even large but normal quantities. Sweets there too, nothing special. The only dish worthy of note, the grilled pecorino, tasty obviously. Not to mention we had a placemat instead of an actual tablecloth. Once we ordered the coffees they asked us if they could close the account or we wanted to add a bitter. In short, definitely nothing shocking and nothing that cannot be found elsewhere at more modest costs, like the dishes presented.
