What a joy to discover this magnificent place in a breathtaking setting overlooked by these mountains of the Grand Paradiso massif! Paradise is found on the plate. It is without hesitation one of the best restaurants in the region! Bravissimo to the whole team!!! In the photo the beef tataki and the raw and cooked prawns and the semi-cooked salmon. For dessert, chocolate ganache.

I came here with my relatives. Starters not too much for my taste but then I had a beef tartare with also a piece of cooked meat. Very good. Friendly and friendly staff, welcoming and historic venue.

Very tasty meal. French cuisine and everything freshly made. Michelin-worthy! Personal approach by the owner was pleasant. Inspiration from the chef is highly recommended! Top restaurant

Da un po' di tempo mancavamo da questa bomboniera con cucina francesce. Un gran maestro Regis in cucina ed in sala Melanie e la la collaboratrice preparate ed attente. Piatti della cucina francese di cui con le foto vorremmo trasmettere quanta passione ed amore viene messo. Ottimi anche i vini. Insomma assolutamente da tornarci.

Really great French cuisine restaurant! I had wanted to try this place for some time and I was delighted by the chef's cuisine: I ate 2 starters, the poached egg and the foie gras escalope, both exceptional, and the chef's inspiration as the main course, the seared scallops with vegetable ratatouille, also very good. The dishes are very beautiful and made with great skill. I continued with the French cheeses and couldn't resist having 2 desserts, the pistachio paris-brest and the framboise-chocolate, delicious and beautiful to look at. The maitre d', who is the chef's wife, is very good at suggesting wine pairings with the chosen dishes. Fair prices and fair portions. Compliments!

The food, the customer service, the atmosphere, everything was great. With a wide selection of wines, this is the perfect restaurant to treat yourself to.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante, per curiosità! Un angolo di Francia ad Aosta, ottima la selezione di vini in particolare champagne locali e piatti tipi della tradizione francese, da segnalare le lumache. Sicuramente ci torneremo
