A French inspired restaurant run by a lovely couple. We really like the food and the friendly service. It's a beautiful building and on top they serve some interesting wines too!

Whenever I have the chance, it is always a pleasure to visit Atelier 26. The environment is very intimate and warm and the menu proposal adapts to the season and the products available respecting the French tradition. Very good Melanie who takes care of customers and makes them feel at home. We can't wait to return soon.

5/5 does not represent the exact reality. On my last evening in Aosta, after having visited several typical restaurants the previous evenings, my choice fell on this establishment, the ones I had initially planned to go to showing "full". Telephone reception for reservations warm and helpful in relation to the (very easy) possibility of parking nearby. The interior of the restaurant was splendid. Given the weather and my country of origin, I still preferred to sit in the garden. I took the menu with 5 different options, selected by the Chef, Régis, of Breton origin if I remember correctly (opinion posted more than 1 month after the visit). I have visited quite a few quality restaurants in my life, in large cities, and I am not sure I will ever have eaten as well elsewhere. The photos are beautiful, but the taste buds were even luckier than the eyes. Not insignificant, super professional and attentive service from the Chef's companion, Mélanie. I asked for advice on wines, I opted for a bottle that she recommended (she herself goes to the wine merchant, on the French border, to select bottles that are worth it), without sulphite. For the price (around 20 euros, if I remember correctly), I have never had such quality. Bluffing. Why go eat there when you're in Italy and you could enjoy the incredible local gastronomy? Simply because this couple, both competent and friendly, puts the biggest names in French gastronomy in misery, quite simply. I am a restaurateur myself, by passion, and their work is simply incredible. Long life to you, and thank you for the unforgettable memories you left me.
