Everything was truly delicious from A to Z. The only flaw was not having more room in my stomach to try more delicacies. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful.

The best carbonara I've ever tasted, it's worth a visit; if you're in Pistoia, it's a sin not to visit this restaurant.

Truly beautiful and welcoming place. Exceptional first courses with handmade pasta. The gricia is particularly delicious. Main courses (including mutton) are spectacular, and prices are reasonable. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years now, and they've never disappointed me. The ingredients are top-quality, and chef Pietrino is a guarantee, as well as a legend!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can hear the arrosticini being cooked. While we waited for them—five chicken and five mutton—we ordered an appetizer of Ascoli olives to share, but it's actually a portion for one person. To accompany the meat, we ordered grilled Treviso radicchio and sautéed turnips. I preferred the chicken arrosticini because the mutton ones are too strong for me. The arrosticini are small, so you'll need to order more depending on your hunger. Price €1.50 each. The final bill of €48 seems unreasonable for what we ate.

Pietrino, a true masterclass in arrosticini!! He prepares them himself, and they have an incredible flavor and tenderness! I've never eaten anything better! The same goes for the freshly rolled pasta and the sauce; everything is made with passion and love, including the schiacciatina. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND TRYING IT ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for service, courtesy, speed, quality, and price. TOP ACROSS THE LINE

We went to this typical Abruzzo restaurant for dinner with friends while on vacation and were truly satisfied! We tried a bit of everything: from the various crostini with ventricina, chicken livers, Colonnata lard, and caramelized red onion, to the excellent carbonara with crispy guanciale. We then continued with a large jug full of steaming hand-crafted Abruzzo sheep skewers, not forgetting the pecorino alla callara. Everything was excellent, including dessert! Pietro and Cristina proved to be friendly and hospitable hosts, while the young woman who served us was capable and not at all intrusive. If we ever pass through the area again, we'll definitely be back!
