It's the fourth time I've been there and as far as quality and service are concerned, there's nothing to complain about, just that (at least for my pockets) I can't afford it... spending €103.00 for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 desserts and 1 coffee makes me think that it has become a place suitable for people with higher incomes than mine💁‍♂️

Extraordinary restaurant with a breathtaking view. Every dish that we have ordered was simply amazing and one of a kind. The waitress was constantly smiling, you could feel that they pour their heart and soul into this place. Essence of the Italy.

Super delicious food and impeccable service. A wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is located on a small hill with beautiful views of the countryside. We will definitely return and can recommend the restaurant to anyone vacationing in the area.

We arrived without a reservation and were greeted warmly and without any problems. There were two of us with our dog. We ate a typical appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. Everything was delicious! Excellent service.

Courtesy and good food with a view of the Upper Tiber Valley... a place to return to from time to time

A quaint wooden structure nestled in the green countryside, discovered for the first time last night. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the warmth and friendliness. We tried the pizzas, which aren't traditional in both their leavening process and presentation, but they were delicious, and the toppings were excellent. The beers, mostly craft, are also excellent. Definitely worth a try!

The pappa al pomodoro was delicious, the pork tenderloin was absolutely delicious, and the gyoza stuffed with amatriciana (which I'd personally order as an appetizer, first course, or second course) were absolutely delicious. The menu is varied and offers something unusual, especially considering the type of restaurants in the area. They stand out for their innovation. Service was quite quick, even though we were a table of nine. The staff were very friendly, however. The atmosphere was pleasant (I'd just improve the outdoor lighting). Highly recommended.

A very nice place in the countryside. We dined outside. The service was very friendly but a bit slow. The wine was excellent. I recommend the mixed tartare and the tagliata. Prices are moderately high, but that's okay. (We spent €73.) Update: Four of us returned after a year. Everything was very good, but still very long (we arrived at 7:30, and ate at 8:00, but it should be noted that we also had a first course along with the appetizers). The table under the LED light in the corner was a bit annoying when they turned the lights on around 9:00 PM. The best dish was the pistachio and stracciatella strangozzi. The tartare was good, perhaps too much so. The classic tiramisu was also very good. Classic Umbrian unsalted bread. Spend €85 per couple, including a water, a Coke, and four cans of beer.

Exquisite cuisine, excellent service, and a charming location. We came as a family, three generations of us. A wonderful memory.
