A truly excellent restaurant where you can try an unusual version of extremely crispy pizza. I found it a little dry, but still good. The Nutella fritters for dessert were excellent. I think some background music would be helpful. Excellent and well-organized service. Truly skilled and kind.

50 Sfumature Di Mare - Roma

17/02/2026: The lunch was impeccable on every level. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
03/01/2026: Some friends took me to eat at this restaurant and I had a good time, let's say, but the experience could probably be the first and the last, not because it's not exactly satisfying, but because the level of the cuisine and the environment, for me, doesn't justify the price and the quality.

31/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The restaurant was diligent and emailed prior to our arrival regarding food allergies. The were able to accommodate the allergy all while serving a fantastic dinner. The staff was very attentive. Great atmosphere.
29/05/2026: A memorable and incredible experience. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu while my partner had the non-vegetarian; we also did the mocktail pairing, which was delicious (the non-alc gin and tonic especially) and also somehow perfectly elevated both menus, even when the contents of the course were very different between hers and mine. The famous liquid Parmesan ravioli with asparagus was of course superb but other dishes stood out to me as incredible in unexpected ways: have never been a bell pepper fan but the red pepper absolute was stunning and luxurious; bread that came on the side was amazing, especially the soft, fluffy corn madeleine; the cold pistachio soup and lion’s mane mushroom in peanut milk elevated legumes and nuts in ways I’d never tried (and trust me, as a veg/vegan person I’ve tried plenty of legumes and nondairy milk varieties); the petit four after the meal were also the best I’ve had. Friendly service and nice atmosphere as well.
