I'm from Bolzano and last night I spent some wonderful hours in this restaurant for a dinner with my closest relatives. The kindness and empathy of Mrs. Rossana and her family made us feel at home. The professionalism, attention to detail of the service and the quality of each dish deserve 5 stars.
I will definitely come back.

Last night, guests of our uncles in Rome we went to eat at the Archetto and what can I say......a thousand reasons to go back!!!!......delicious and welcoming place, excellent food (we tasted a mix of appetizers, pizzas and to finish the dessert...."shoes" with nutella.....finger licking!!! actually crazy!!! 😋😍), we were served by the owner.... .very kind and helpful person in offering us advice on what to eat
......a place that I certainly recommend 👍

It's not the first time we've been there... and every time it feels like home. It has become, for me and my partner, an enchanted place. Gnocchi with scampi cream is a dish that is nothing short of sublime. The fried prawns and calamari are dry but above all fresh. I also recommend the spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and prawns (fresh)... perhaps accompanied by a Vermentino from Sardinia... we spoke to a boy (a wonderful person) whose name we don't remember, but I think he is the owner, talking about our children (he knows what I'm referring to). Affable, very sweet, empathetic, polite... as are all the staff. Thank you thank you thank you....we'll see you again soon ❤️
