I had a good tasting experience with local products and I was happy with it…
I also appreciated the professionalism of the waiter in explaining the various dishes brought to the table and the attention given to whether everything was to my liking by the owner, Mr Domenico.
For what I spent I don't write the cost, but if I have to give it a quality/cost ratio it is correct because I always take into consideration the location inside a trullo and for those who work there passionately...
In this lunch I felt the flavors of Puglia and I recommend going there

Piatti ricercati non le solite cose antipasto della casa strepitoso ad ogni portata ben 10 l’asticella saliva sempre di più sicuramente il miglior ristorante in Puglia dove abbia mangiato.Il servizio impeccabile il proprietario un ottimo padrone di casa che di tanto in tanto girava tra i tavoli.Orecchiette buonissime e costata di vitello che si tagliava con la forchetta abbinata ad una confettura strepitosa.Bravi davvero complimenti a tutti voi.Per quanto riguarda il conto a mio avviso proporzionato alla bontà dei piatti.Ci tornerò sicuramente

L'Aratro is certainly one of the "places to be" in Alberobello. A characteristic place, where you can eat under the dome of a trullo or in the internal garden. The service is excellent, the staff friendly, helpful and always present. The traditional cuisine offers simple but at the same time sophisticated dishes with careful attention to the choice of raw materials. The price is really adequate for the offer. I go there at least once a year when I'm in Puglia for holidays and it never disappoints me!

I can only give 5 stars to everything.
The excellent service, explanation of the dishes in every detail, both from the waiters and the chef.
As a non-fish or beet eater, I have come to love both flavours, much to my surprise.
The plow starter is highly recommended, truly fabulous. Whatever you choose, you'll land on your feet, in my opinion.
I can only compliment the chef and also the waiter, who in addition to the dishes recommended the best places to visit.
Right quantities.
Worth every single penny spent. I don't understand the reviews that say otherwise.
Really excellent, highly recommended!

Excellent 4-step training with the best of Puglia. It was the best way to summarize in one night the knowledge and experiences of our trip to Puglia. Unmatched, careful and hospitable attention. The chef with the best vibes walking around the tables and willing to share a moment. They said goodbye to us with a special drink. Ultra recommended.

The sampled meat was very juicy and tasty. And the tiramisu is so creamy and satisfying. I like them served the dessert with the meal. We visited in a hot summer day, the desert saved us…lol I’m sure you can ask them to serve dessert after meal if you prefer. For seating, the newer room has very strong air conditioning, so comfortable in a hot day. If you’re for the eating in tulli experience, ask to seat in the main room.
