A place where you can savor local delicacies. The house appetizers with ten courses are highly recommended. The bread meatballs in tomato sauce deserve special mention. The first courses are generous and flavorful. The desserts also exceed expectations. Highly recommended!

We opted for the masterful tasting menu, the magnificent setting and the boss's suspenders of good length, to miss out would be a mistake.

The thrill of eating inside a trullo! The house antipasto is plentiful, consisting of many courses, all delicious (you could order that alone). The wine list is interesting and well-rounded. The owner is friendly and unforgettable for his refined decor. Honorable mention goes to the waitress who looked after us: Marika. I've eaten in many restaurants, even Michelin-starred ones, but her preparation, kindness, and ability to anticipate the customer's needs pleasantly surprised me. Truly kind, empathetic, and quick, she knows how to advise and perfectly explain the dishes and their ingredients. She's the employee everyone would want in a restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

Visitó Ristorante L’Aratro con grandes expectativas, dada su ubicación en el corazón de Alberobello. Lamentablemente, la experiencia fue abrumadora. La comida era mediocre en el mejor de los casos — sabores poco inspirados y nada que realmente destacara. A pesar de la dramática presentación, la calidad simplemente no coincidía con el bombo o el precio. El ambiente se sentía más como un espectáculo turístico escenificado que una experiencia gastronómica genuina. El propietario deambulaba en lo que solo se puede describir como un atuendo payaso, niños encantadores y turistas con entusiasmo exagerado. Se sentía como un intento de distraerse de la comida deslucida. Definitivamente caro por lo que obtienes. Si estás buscando auténtica cocina apuliana, te sugiero explorar los lugares locales menos conocidos fuera del centro turístico. Este lugar parece más interesado en el rendimiento que en la excelencia culinaria.

We stopped here for lunch. We didn’t have a reservation, but they took us in. We had local white wine, cheese platter and two main courses. We weren’t wowed by the taste of the food. It was OK, but nothing special, especially not for the price. Service and atmosphere were great!
