We dined outdoors and found the service friendly and the prices in line with the excellent quality of the food.
The tuna tataki is absolutely unmissable.

We dined on Sardinian dishes, carefully prepared with excellent quality ingredients. The desserts were also very good and reasonably priced. The only downside was the lack of empathy and warmth from the staff, namely the owners.

This restaurant offers Maremma and Sardinian specialties. We had a delicious baked eggplant with stracciatella for an appetizer, followed by delicious spaghetti with mussels and bottarga, and a tender and flavorful fish main course. To finish, we dined on two wonderful seadas!
We highly recommend this place; the atmosphere is simple but elegant, airy, and located in a square with a beautiful fountain.
We'll be back!

Dinner for two, generally good but with a few flaws.
Regarding the food: some dishes were really good (like the mussels and amberjack with burrata and onion), while others could be improved, like the spaghetti with sea urchin, which was well-seasoned but lacked flavor. The desserts were good but average.
The service was initially a bit cold, but after a while, you could sense a more friendly atmosphere. This was perhaps the most disappointing aspect.

Ristorante nel cuore della carinissima Castiglione di cucina sarda !titolare sarda verace come la sua cucina.
Ho preso i pici alle alici con la granella di nocciole e il pane carasau sbriciolato e debbo dire che mi ha garbato.
Ancora di più mi ha meravigliato il tentacolo di polipo con cavolo verza,veramente una prelibatezza!
Frittura di pesce fresca e cucinata magistralmente!
Ottima anche la seadas come dolce di chiusura della serata.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo coerente ,considerando anche la location.
