Really good panzerotto, excellent fresh ingredients. Milanese risotto also good with excellent ingredients. However, the risotto had way too much salt, I really recommend using less. I will absolutely re-book because it's a great place, and I recommend it to everyone!

07/04/2025: The best real Japanese in Turin. Few tables, excellent taste. The sakes to match are also excellent. Booking is a must.
16/03/2025: Nice environment with soft lighting. We took the surprise tasting menu consisting of 9 tastings. Everything really fantastic. Raw fish with a unique taste, nigiri cured and cooked impeccably. Duck, beef heart and wagyu kobe of impeccable quality. Everything really perfect! The only flaw is the noise in the room, loud and booming.
