L'Angolo di Parin has rightfully become one of my favorite restaurants. High-quality, traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Carefully crafted and delicious dishes. The menu is varied and caters to every taste (vegetarian options are also available). Excellent wine list. The location is spectacular. The two main rooms are more historic and characteristic, while the basement room is more modern but equally impressive. The bathrooms... are absolutely worth seeing. Small, but furnished in an alternative style. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is suitable for business lunches, family gatherings, and romantic dinners. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner.

A Piedmontese experience not to be missed.
I have been to this Typical Piedmontese restaurant and I found it truly exceptional.
Every detail, from the particularities of the furnishings to the arrangement of the tables, contributes to creating a truly welcoming environment. You can see that there is so much care in every corner.
But what makes this place special is the union between the excellence of the cuisine and the extraordinary hospitality of the owners. Their kindness, availability and passion are palpable, and made the dinner even more enjoyable. They told us the history of their restaurant and literally fascinated us! It is beautiful to see how much love they put into it.
Everything we ate was delicious and you can immediately understand that they use excellent ingredients.
And I cannot fail to mention the ZABAIONE: it is amazing, one of the best I have ever tasted! Creamy, tasty, absolutely a must try if you go there.
In short, an experience that I recommend to everyone.

Second time in this piola restaurant in San Salvario. Excellent traditional food, excellent wine list and exquisite availability and kindness of those who rocked us from the beginning to the end of the meal. Don't ask me what is better, everything is excellent.

Posto rustico ma molto particolare. Tavoli un pochino vicino tra loro ma locale che parla di tradizione.
Servizio caratterizzato da grande gentilezza e attenzione (quando finiva il pane te lo riportano immediatamente).
Purtroppo non ho foto da allegare ma buono il vitello tonnato, semplice ma efficace. Ho preso poi una cotoletta dal sapore particolare ma convincente, una rivisitazione piemontese.
Prezzi in linea con la proposta.

L’Angolo di Parìn è una piccola oasi di sapori autentici nel cuore di San Salvario. Il servizio, cortese e puntuale, accompagna l’esperienza con discrezione e attenzione sincera. La cucina celebra con passione la tradizione piemontese: gli agnolotti al sugo d’arrosto sono un abbraccio caldo, mentre il goulash, sorprendente nella sua intensità, racconta storie lontane con spezie misurate. Il risotto al Castelmagno, cremoso e avvolgente, merita menzione speciale. L’atmosfera d’altri tempi, con arredi d’epoca e luci soffuse, rende la cena un momento quasi sospeso. Un indirizzo da segnare, per chi cerca sapori veri e un’accoglienza gentile, senza ostentazione.
