A Piedmontese experience not to be missed.
I have been to this Typical Piedmontese restaurant and I found it truly exceptional.
Every detail, from the particularities of the furnishings to the arrangement of the tables, contributes to creating a truly welcoming environment. You can see that there is so much care in every corner.
But what makes this place special is the union between the excellence of the cuisine and the extraordinary hospitality of the owners. Their kindness, availability and passion are palpable, and made the dinner even more enjoyable. They told us the history of their restaurant and literally fascinated us! It is beautiful to see how much love they put into it.
Everything we ate was delicious and you can immediately understand that they use excellent ingredients.
And I cannot fail to mention the ZABAIONE: it is amazing, one of the best I have ever tasted! Creamy, tasty, absolutely a must try if you go there.
In short, an experience that I recommend to everyone.

Second time in this piola restaurant in San Salvario. Excellent traditional food, excellent wine list and exquisite availability and kindness of those who rocked us from the beginning to the end of the meal. Don't ask me what is better, everything is excellent.

If you want to savor the scent of traditions I recommend this place, the dishes are cooked with the original recipes of the early 1900s and preserve the authenticity of Piedmontese cuisine.
If you are a gourmet this is the right place.
We ate the vitello Tonnato, the selection of appetizers, the risotto with Castelmagno and the inevitable, the stracotto!
High quality of raw materials.
We concluded with the Bounet, finally executed with art.
Excellent ... not only the food, but the service and hospitality. Courteous and professional staff ... at Parin you go back in time ...
Wide choice on the menu also of wines, notable cellars on the menu.

I’ve been to L’Angolo di Parin twice now - the first time with a larger group of people guided by a local, and this time as a solo traveller. The food is so amazing, I’m already planning my next trip to Turin to try out all the other items on the menu.
I had La Lingua in Salsa Verde (the sauce is to die for), Gnocchi Di Mais (what a beautiful presentation), and La Torta Contéssa D’Alba. Everything was wonderful, and Inhad a great time.
The staff are very friendly and happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences.
10/10, I’ll be back :-)

The environment is very particular, refined and beautiful, the nice and friendly owners welcomed us with a smile, the very kind staff made us sit down and served us promptly, we ate very well, the meat is the restaurant's specialty, but both the first courses and side dishes and desserts were no less. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back

Posto rustico ma molto particolare. Tavoli un pochino vicino tra loro ma locale che parla di tradizione.
Servizio caratterizzato da grande gentilezza e attenzione (quando finiva il pane te lo riportano immediatamente).
Purtroppo non ho foto da allegare ma buono il vitello tonnato, semplice ma efficace. Ho preso poi una cotoletta dal sapore particolare ma convincente, una rivisitazione piemontese.
Prezzi in linea con la proposta.

Este restaurante ofrece una buena cocina de piedemonte: muchas opciones. Postres caseros. La decoración muestra la larga tradición de este restaurante. Es una buena opción para descubrir las especialidades locales.
