12/01/2025: What was once one of the splendid historic cafés of Trieste has now also been transformed into a restaurant. I certainly cannot discuss strategic and commercial choices that may have become necessary, but certainly the particular atmosphere that distinguished it, like the other venues of this type still in existence, has been somewhat lost, even if the venue remains very beautiful. 01/12/2025 They have managed, very intelligently, to keep the restaurant part separate. Especially in the morning, the atmosphere of the typical Viennese restaurant remains intact
