Lambrusco In Bologna

After a long time I went to the Lambrusco restaurant, but with great disappointment I found it closed. A sign confirmed the closure due to a change of management. I tried calling the number indicated, but the person on the other end was persistently trying to convince me to visit a new place they opened. After reading the reviews and seeing the photos of the dishes, I decided to give up. I prefer to wait for them to reopen here in San Donato, sure that they will maintain the same level of quality and even better! For me 100% reliability!

I decided to go to the restaurant myself after reading some recent reviews that said it was open. Unfortunately, this is not the case! Once I arrived, I found the place closed and I personally took a photo to confirm. I did further checks on the restaurant's official website, and it is clear that the restaurant has been closed since June 2024. It is incredible that the information on various platforms is not updated, causing inconvenience to customers. I highly recommend checking the official website before going there, to avoid unpleasant surprises like what happened to me. It is essential that the restaurant or platform managers update the information out of respect for customers.

We came specifically from Romagna to have lunch at the Lambrusco restaurant, based on the times indicated on Google Maps, but unfortunately we found a sign at the entrance reporting the temporary closure. It's a real shame, but I still give 5 stars for the excellent experiences I've had in the past. I would recommend updating the information on Google to avoid inconvenience to other customers.”

A family-run place, the owners are extremely kind and friendly and take care of every single customer (even though one of the two owners is also the cook and it was on the evening of December 31st). appetizers with cold cuts and cheeses of the highest quality Excellent tortellini in parmesan cream Truly excellent Petronian cutlet. Always book, but the standard is really very high. Highly recommended!!!

I called the Lambrusco restaurant to ask for information on whether it was open in the Via San Donato location... but the person on the other end of the phone was very helpful in introducing me to their new restaurant in the centre, trying to convince me to make a trial. I said I would think about it, leaving the possibility open. However, after reading the reviews of their new restaurant, called Non è il Lambrusco, both on Google and TripAdvisor, I decided to give up. The comments describe an experience far from the standards I would have expected, both in terms of food quality and environment. I prefer to wait for them to reopen in their historic location in the San Donato area, which, at least in the past, has always offered a more welcoming experience faithful to tradition, which is why I gave it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Non capisco perché su TripAdvisor sia indicato come 'chiuso'... è apertissimo! La qualità è eccellente, il servizio impeccabile e l'atmosfera unica. Se siete in zona, non fatevi ingannare: merita assolutamente una visita!"
