What a fantastic evening this was! We ate the signature menu with the two of us, and it was fantastic. A great selection of wines and spices, and unique and delicious dishes. The service was also very pleasant and communicative!

I expected a more impactful experience. The service was obviously impeccable, but the interior location and the dishes didn't particularly wow me.

A setting that was both unusual and very charming, and the layout was perfect for a romantic evening. We loved our meal, from the appetizers to the complimentary dessert, to the dishes, which were very refined and excellent. Good wine, good service with pleasant waiters, and good value for money for the overall experience.

My sincere compliments to everyone at this restaurant! The price was truly affordable for the quality and attention to detail.

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend, which combines tradition and modernity, with rustic yet chic touches. Its promise is to reimagine traditional dishes and flavors by adding unconventional details and ingredients; a promise it kept, with delicacy, parsimony, and class. The service was overall good and satisfying, with particular mention of Lisa's professionalism, who guided us from the selection of dishes to the preparation and explanation of the Keemex coffee experience (highly recommended!). The portions were excellent, even for the welcome appetizers and desserts (the undergrowth was very scenic!). The only negative note, which, while it doesn't affect the overall rating of the dinner, is the restrooms, which are unfortunately old and not up to par with the quality of the restaurant. We'll be back to try other dishes and the chef's new interpretations!

My boyfriend happened upon it while riding his motorcycle and took me there because he was thrilled with the quality of the food, and he was absolutely right! Everything was perfect and delicious, from the tartare, the sliced steak, and the spectacular dessert! We'll definitely be back for special occasions and more! Congratulations!

Zuerst wirkte das Ganze ein wenig arrogant - vor allem die Kellnerinnen, die nicht gegrüßt haben, aber dann trafen wir auf Matteo - ein Paradebeispiel an Liebenswürdigkeit, Gastronomischer Leidenschaft und Kompetenz. 3 Grüße aus der Küche, hausgemachte Paste mit schwarzem Trüffel, Beef Tatar in einer Glocke voll Rauch, Ente, Ferkel und jeder Gang wurde mehr und mehr zum Gaumenzauber. Danke danke für dieses Erlebnis!

Abbiamo assaggiato come primi piatti: tagliolini ai 50 tuorli alle vongole con bottarga di chianina e cotti su latte di cocco. Un piatto dagli accostamenti insoliti ma di una squisitezza e bilanciamento unico L' altro gli gnudi di zucca con ragù di lepre, Anch essi delicati e ben eseguiti. Per secondo uno spettacolare agnello in due cotture e un meraviglioso baccalà. Nota importantissima i ricarichi sui vini è da sottolineare,di questi tempi è difficile che capiti. Una cucina che guarda un po' anche all' oriente,in senso positivo
