We were here for my birthday. The service was really impeccable, they were really good at explaining the various dishes and were always kind and helpful. They even gave us a small pre-dessert for the occasion. Beautiful presentations of the dishes. Everything was very good from the appetizers to the first courses and especially the cheek! We will be back to try the tasting menus next time!

A top-tier restaurant where you can experience both performance and flavor. The presentation of the dishes clearly shows how much attention has been paid to visual appeal—but it doesn’t stop there. The excitement built up by the dramatic presentation explodes the moment the food touches your tongue. It's unbelievably delicious! In particular, the use of olive oil is masterful—perfectly balanced with the food. The pasta, rich with olive oil, is not greasy at all. The steak is also served with a drizzle of olive oil, enhancing its flavor and creating a taste that’s beyond description. But it’s not just the food that stands out—the staff are passionate and incredibly kind. If I ever return to Montepulciano, I will revisit this restaurant without a moment’s hesitation.

Perfection. The food was exceptional. This may be our best meal anywhere in the world. Service and atmosphere were amazing. This was the highlight of our 10 year anniversary celebration. Thank you!!!

Everything is perfect. The menu and wine list are studied in the smallest details to offer the customer traditional dishes with an eye to innovation. The dishes are a delight for the sight, smell, taste and touch (the sparkling chocolate...) prepared with excellent raw materials. The service is impeccable. The bill is adequate for the experience offered but still not excessive. We will be back!

Restaurant with refined and sophisticated cuisine, high-level raw materials. Excellent dining room service, warm and professional welcome. Excellent cellar with a very careful selection of both local and extra-regional wines.

This has been our best meal in Italy so far. We have been in country 6 nights, and had some fabulous meals. Creative and well executed dishes. The price felt very fair. Would absolutely go back. We got the steak tartare, truffle pasta, zucchini pasta, duck, flank steak, and short bread meringue dessert.

unmissable restaurant. if you pass through Montepulciano and want to taste traditional dishes, then this restaurant is for you. Modern but at the same time traditional, it offers dishes rich in flavor and at the same time surprising. I tried their tasting menu (Signature) and was thrilled. The staff is courteous, delightful and very knowledgeable, allowing you to immerse yourself in the Tuscan tradition and pamper yourself with their delicacies. Unique experience that I hope someone else can benefit from. It's worth it and you won't be disappointed

Good service and the courses were tasty however it was style over substance in places.

Tornati questo ristorante a distanza di un anno,ed ha confermato la qualità della nostra prima visita. Abbiamo assaggiato come primi piatti: tagliolini ai 50 tuorli alle vongole con bottarga di chianina e cotti su latte di cocco. Un piatto dagli accostamenti insoliti ma di una squisitezza e bilanciamento unico L' altro gli gnudi di zucca con ragù di lepre, Anch essi delicati e ben eseguiti. Per secondo uno spettacolare agnello in due cotture e un meraviglioso baccalà. Nota importantissima i ricarichi sui vini è da sottolineare,di questi tempi è difficile che capiti. Una cucina che guarda un po' anche all' oriente,in senso positivo
