Liver is a complicated dish. Eating it well and digesting it without difficulty is the litmus test for a restaurant that ventures into typical Italian poor cuisine. Here at Altana there is a 10-rated veal liver on the menu. Cooked with love and skills handed down from grandmother to granddaughter. With onions and lemon (secret ingredient to make the liver taste at its maximum splendor). At this point it is superfluous to evaluate the quality/price ratio because you would pay double what it cost for a dish like this. Well done. This restaurant is not very large, but perfect for having a quiet dinner in a warm, comfortable environment. The menu offers local and Tuscan choices, with handmade pasta that makes a difference and is truly delicious. All accompanied by kind service and a fair and proportionate bill.

Cibo buono, genuino e gustoso. Porzioni abbondanti e tradizionali. Locale gradevole e servizio piacevole. Consiglio di prenotare perché non ci sono tanti tavoli. Va bene anche con figli a seguito siccome ci sono anche piatti semplici per loro. La tagliata ai carciofi era davvero buona e molto generosa. Buona scelta di vini locali. Da provare!!!

Excelente comida tradicional local en un ambiente animado.
Siempre buena experiencia en este excelente restaurante de gestión familiar. Una buena selección de platos de temporada, y buenos vinos locales. Muy bien situado dentro de las murallas de la ciudad, junto al aparcamiento Fosso.
Excelente relación calidad-precio y un servicio amable.
