Incredible surprise, last evening, following the advice of a work colleague!!! Unexpected location, where among many local pizzerias, perhaps unique in its kind as an accommodation facility, also due to its position. Gourmet pizza dishes, with the consistency and flavor that keeps you coming back, excellent choice of beverages. The courteous and professional staff with a quality/price ratio that conquers and therefore enriches this place, in the list of my favorites in the area.

We went to this place and ate an excellent Roman pizza that was really good, they have a wood-fired oven, excellent beers and excellent desserts too, a family atmosphere. Advised.

Confermate le eccellenti recensioni che L'Allegra Brigata si è fin qui guadagnata. Durante un sabato sera affollatissimo non hanno perso un colpo, accoglienza, servizio, pizze e dolci a regola d'arte. Torneremo durante la settimana per assaggiare qualcosa della cucina. Bravi. Anna & Luciano

05/05/2025: When there is someone who knows how to cook in the kitchen, all the knowledge and passion can be felt on the plate. Yesterday I wanted to treat myself well and I started looking on the web for a good restaurant not too far from Tivoli because I didn't want to enter Rome to avoid the traffic returning from the bridge. I was struck by the presumptuous name of the restaurant "Origini Cibo e Vino", I read some reviews that struck me because they all extolled the quality and above all the uncommon dishes, to which I said to myself; I'm going to try! The place is a little outside Subiaco but you can enjoy the panorama and natural beauty of the Aniene Valley. Food is a sensory experience The place is welcoming, clean and pleasant The staff were courteous, reserved and professional. The bill is honest. I will definitely go back. N.b.: Only 4 stars because there is always room for improvement

Sapori di Mare Food & Fish

08/04/2025: Grilled sea bass was extraordinary. Their “fired potatoes” were homemade potato chips, very good but I was expecting American style “French fries”. Great meal nevertheless.
