This is my first time dining at this restaurant... the food is divine 🤩 My husband and I had the appetizer tasting, followed by poached eggs with black truffle, guinea fowl, steamed cod, and two desserts. Everything was delicious. The girls who work there are all kind and available to give you advice on what to eat. What can I say about the Chef... fantastic, phenomenal, and friendly. You can taste all the love she puts into her work in the food. 💖Thank you 🥰🥰🥰💐 highly recommended

A wonderful experience, dishes rich in flavor and top-quality ingredients. We tried the "sharing" appetizer for two, a truffle-filled first course, and the guinea fowl main course. The appetizer was very satisfying, featuring top-quality ingredients prepared with flair and skill. The guinea fowl was very tasty, cooked to perfection. Well-balanced flavors. Recommended.

A great atmosphere, and the service team is perfectly attuned to international guests. The food is excellent, and if the extensive wine list overwhelms you, you'll receive excellent advice. Only the "grumpy chef" took a bit of getting used to, which is why we deducted a star.

L'Alchimista is a sure thing. I'd been there before and wanted to return for my birthday. This time, I appreciated the already beautiful setting even more, as I first stopped in Deruta, where I visited the Domiziani showroom and its splendid artistic ceramics.
Quality food, impeccable service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking for a variety of pairings.

A must-visit every time we return to Montefalco. Beautiful location, both inside and out, in the charming piazza. The food is sublime. Patrizia and the entire staff exude love and care for their work. The wine list and desserts are excellent. Highly recommended.

Located in the beautiful piazza of Montefalco, this restaurant, recommended to me by several people, was a delightful surprise!
The atmosphere is friendly and attentive, as are the dishes, which are never boring.
The best stuffed guinea fowl I've ever eaten!
Excellent wine list and desserts...very special.
