I rarely leave reviews, but after today's lunch, I really feel the need to acknowledge this fantastic restaurant! A unique experience, amazing and highly refined dishes, exceptional service, and a real desire to demonstrate and share the dedication they put into their work... Highly recommended!!

In a welcoming atmosphere, the choice of ingredients is as important as the hand-cut ham, and then the artichokes, an excellent white ragù, an interesting cockerel, and finally the pigeon arrives, where you stand up for applause. A dish worth the trip, with excellent service and a price that matches the dishes. Thanks, see you soon.

We had a truly wonderful meal.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated; the Domitian tables are spectacular, as are the placemats.
The service is attentive and courteous, without ever being intrusive.
The wine list is truly noteworthy, with a special focus on local labels.
The truffle strangozzi are exceptional, as are the ravioli filled with Genovese. The pigeon as a main course is a must.

Compliments to everyone! Attention to detail, good service, welcoming atmosphere. Sophisticated flavors, I'd love to return to try the rest of the menu. The Cannata onion parmigiana and beef tartare with egg were exceptional! Everything else was delicious! The Sagrantino was top notch!

We came here for the first time on the recommendation of friends and because of the place's great reputation.
After a somewhat bumpy start, given the 25-minute delay due to a staff error (the owner responded very well, offering us a glass of bubbly to help us wait), the evening continued very well with very attentive and prompt service.
The dishes were very good and plentiful, and the truly exceptional tiramisu deserves a special mention.
We're not giving it 5 stars due to the initial inconvenience: a chipped glass and water bottle, and the slightly high price.
