We dined at this restaurant and had a very positive experience in every way. The atmosphere is refined and elegant. The staff welcomed us with great warmth and were professional and helpful throughout the evening. As for the cuisine, the dishes surprised us with the absolute quality of the ingredients, the cooking techniques, and the presentation. We also appreciated the tranquility of the setting, which allows us to enjoy dinner in complete tranquility. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The bill was reasonable for the level of experience offered.

Ian, in particular, was a truly pleasant, professional, and attentive waiter, making guests feel welcomed throughout the evening. Among the à la carte dishes, I absolutely recommend the truly delicious tajarin with clams, bottarga, and lemon, the delicious veal with tuna sauce, and a spectacular tiramisu, a perfect end to the dinner. The rest of the menu is also excellent, with well-executed dishes and quality ingredients. The wine cellar is very interesting, offering a wide selection of Italian classics and French champagnes, including artisanal wines with various vintages and labels. You can also visit. Delicious, highly recommended! The dishes are well-prepared, carefully crafted, and perfectly blend tradition and innovation. The staff was kind and friendly, and we felt pampered and at home. As for the first course, we were torn between two dishes, and after choosing one, the waiter (sorry, I don't remember his name!) brought both for us to try. We greatly appreciated this gesture, as it shows a rare level of care and kindness for the customer. They even offered us a side of potatoes on their own initiative. Of course, the extras were on the house. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

They truly pay attention to every detail, from the way they explain the dishes to the timing of the service; everything flows naturally and pleasantly. The atmosphere is also very successful: elegant yet relaxed, you never feel out of place, and it's perfect for both a special dinner and a quiet, well-executed evening. In short, L'Alchimia is one of those restaurants you'll want to return to, because everything works. It's not just "eating well", it's actually feeling well.
