I had the pleasure of enjoying my first Michelin-starred experience at Laite, and I can confidently say it will remain in my heart and my palate. Two dishes in particular deeply impressed me: The gnocchi with Sappadina turnip, cheddar, mint, and porcini mushrooms were a true explosion of flavor: soft, enveloping, with a mint aroma that left me speechless even before the first bite. The chestnut, mandarin, and bay leaf dumpling took me back in time, evoking childhood memories and the magic of my mother's boiled chestnuts with bay leaves. The lingering aroma at the end of every bite is extraordinary. I sincerely thank Fabrizia, Elena, and the entire staff for the care, professionalism, and passion with which they make every detail an unforgettable experience. A cuisine that is not only tasted, but also felt and remembered. I can't wait to return.

I returned after about 15 years, and I must say that the wonderful and unforgettable memory I had was fully confirmed—indeed, surpassed—by this new experience. Everything was perfect: from the warm welcome to the sincere smiles, from the impeccable professionalism to the exquisite dishes, meticulously prepared down to the last detail. The excellent wine pairings were also excellent, making the long lunch a truly special experience. Fabulous restaurant: dinner was an incredible journey of flavors. The staff is friendly and spontaneous. The dining room, entirely in wood, perfectly complemented the experience. We can't wait to return to try the other menu.

I'm writing this review for two reasons: 1) I personally like to give credit where credit is due to people who work with commitment, passion, and dedication, achieving excellent results; 2) I'd never considered tasting at a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the experience at Laite was truly thrilling, and I want to recommend it without hesitation. A wonderful gastronomic experience in the heart of one of Italy's most beautiful Alpine villages! The selection of local ingredients is excellent, and the service is worthy of a Michelin star.

We ate like kings – and wished we could have been swept away right away. Every bite was a little moment of happiness, our taste buds were dancing the polka dots! 😋 Top-notch service, fantastic atmosphere, food to die for. Bottom line: If enjoyment were a party, this was the VIP ticket. We'll be back – with empty stomachs and high expectations!
