An extraordinary dinner in a warm, refined setting with a relaxing atmosphere that combines a passion for food with the desire to lose yourself in a moment where you feel at ease with the space around you. My wife and I relied on the expert advice of the always attentive staff and Elena. The dishes were excellent, with the surprise of a vegan option for me, as was the recommended wine pairing. The work of those who transform their passion into art shines through, those who infuse all their love and creativity into what you find yourself savoring, which blends into an explosion of delight for the palate and the eyes. Food that creates emotion. Thanks to Fabrizia, thanks to the ever-watchful eye of Elena and the staff. We will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of enjoying my first Michelin-starred experience at Laite, and I can confidently say it will remain in my heart and my palate. Two dishes in particular deeply impressed me: The gnocchi with Sappadina turnip, cheddar, mint, and porcini mushrooms were a true explosion of flavor: soft, enveloping, with a mint aroma that left me speechless even before the first bite. The chestnut, mandarin, and bay leaf dumpling took me back in time, evoking childhood memories and the magic of my mother's boiled chestnuts with bay leaves. The lingering aroma at the end of every bite is extraordinary. I sincerely thank Fabrizia, Elena, and the entire staff for the care, professionalism, and passion with which they make every detail an unforgettable experience.
