I returned after about 15 years, and I must say that the wonderful and unforgettable memory I had was fully confirmed—indeed, surpassed—by this new experience.
Everything was perfect: from the warm welcome to the sincere smiles, from the impeccable professionalism to the exquisite dishes, meticulously prepared down to the last detail. The excellent wine pairings were also excellent, making the long lunch a truly special experience. Fabulous restaurant: dinner was an incredible journey of flavors.
The staff is friendly and spontaneous. The dining room, entirely in wood, perfectly complemented the experience.

I'm writing this review for two reasons: 1) I personally like to give credit where credit is due to people who work with commitment, passion, and dedication, achieving excellent results; 2) I'd never considered tasting at a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the experience at Laite was truly thrilling, and I want to recommend it without hesitation.

We ate like kings – and wished we could have been swept away right away. Every bite was a little moment of happiness, our taste buds were dancing the polka dots! 😋
Top-notch service, fantastic atmosphere, food to die for.
