I had the pleasure of enjoying my first Michelin-starred experience at Laite, and I can confidently say it will remain in my heart and my palate.
Two dishes in particular deeply impressed me:
The gnocchi with Sappadina turnip, cheddar, mint, and porcini mushrooms were a true explosion of flavor: soft, enveloping, with a mint aroma that left me speechless even before the first bite.
The chestnut, mandarin, and bay leaf dumpling took me back in time, evoking childhood memories and the magic of my mother's boiled chestnuts with bay leaves. The lingering aroma at the end of every bite is extraordinary.
I sincerely thank Fabrizia, Elena, and the entire staff for the care, professionalism, and passion with which they make every detail an unforgettable experience.
