Sunday, July 21, 2024 we had lunch at the Agristorante, partly attracted by the name, partly by the rustic appearance and partly by the menu. I have to say we made a good choice. The welcome was very friendly right from the telephone booking. The place is simple, rustic, well kept and clean. The menu is purely Milanese-Lombard but with a small and inviting Tex-Mex offer. There were three of us and from the menu we chose: - 1 mix of cured meats with fried dumplings - 1 mix of cured meats and cheeses with fried gnocco - 1 'elephant ear' cutlet - 3 lemon sorbets - 3 coffees - 1 liter of sparkling white wine - 1 bottle of sparkling mineral water The cured meats and cheeses were of good quality, the fried gnocco cooked to perfection and not at all greasy (all plentiful), the cutlet was truly an elephant's ear: served on two pizza plates it was so large, around 800g, cooked perfection and without a trace of grease. The bill of €75.50 was appropriate for the quality and quantity of what we ate and drank and for the courtesy of the owners. We will certainly return because the menu offers many other inviting dishes to try, first of all the osso bucco with saffron risotto. Very recommended restaurant. +++++

Truly home made food, of very high quality with very generous portions for the price. The two people who welcome you, I don't know if they are the owners, are both very kind, friendly and very approachable. I brought two foreign friends and they were really happy with the experience. I'll be back as soon as I find someone to order a mega schnitzel to share!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per caso, alloggiando nell hotel adiacente .. posto veramente carino e informale…,siamo stati accolti dai propietari che c hanno catturati subito con la loro cordialita’ e simpatia… e su loro consiglio abbiamo preso la gigantesca cotoletta “orecchio d elefante”…. Speciale!!!…. Come speciale e’ stato il rapporto qualita’-prezzo…. Consigliato

Locale simpatico ed accogliente. ma la cotoletta spettacolare, molto abbondante. Consiglio vivamente. E anche gli spaghetti di cacao.
