We chose this restaurant for our wedding. After looking at a thousand places, when we found Acquarella, we had no doubts!!! A fairytale location, exquisite cuisine and menu, Matteo and his entire staff were fantastic, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. We returned a year later to celebrate our first anniversary, and the emotions this place evokes are identical to our wedding day. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The best there is in Lazio!!! Everything else is just air... I would choose Acquarella a thousand times over!!! Thank you so much!!!

Can’t put less than 4 stars as the view and atmosphere of this restaurant by the lake are absolutely fantastic. The food (primi, meat and fish secundi) is also of good quantity and solid quality although not flabbergasting. Fine but not impressive selection of wine. We enjoyed our time there. Service though is deplorable, the waitress didn’t crack a single smile, took our orders nonchalantly, delivered our plates with as little manner as she could; she took the same approach with tables around us. The bosses weren’t much warmer, including when they kicked us out, coldly stating that they were now closing.

Everything, and I mean everything... Perfect! The welcome, the service, the quality and price, the friendliness, the food, and the location.

The setting on the lake is beautiful, the dishes are good (and the portions are generous), but perhaps a little too expensive.

This restaurant is a sure thing; it never disappoints! A fantastic location on the lakeshore, surrounded by greenery and a completely relaxing atmosphere. A rich menu of seafood and meat, with simple dishes crafted from excellent ingredients. Impeccable service and extremely short wait times, even when the restaurant is packed! Not to be missed on a beautiful sunny day!

Oggi ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in una location che definire semplicemente “bella” sarebbe riduttivo. Una villa elegante immersa in giardini infiniti, con una vista sul lago capace di rubarti un respiro e regalartene due. Un luogo dove si sente l’abbraccio dell’accoglienza autentica, quella delle grandi dimore con anima, ma gestita con l’efficienza e il prestigio di chi conosce profondamente il mondo della gastronomia. Abbiamo iniziato con un carpaccio di spigola e salmone: fresco, delicato, ben equilibrato, forse non esplosivo, ma certamente gradevole. Poi ho fatto assaggiare a mio fratello lo spaghetto alle vongole, buono e ben eseguito. Immancabile la specialità della casa: il risotto alla crema di scampi — piatto storico, ricco, morbido, che merita la sua fama. In abbinamento, un vino bianco sardo che ha accompagnato il tutto con eleganza. Per concludere, un crostino con crema di pistacchio e gelato artigianale: una dolcezza che non stanca, anzi, chiude il pasto con una carezza. Il personale è stato davvero impeccabile: accogliente, simpatico, gentile, con il valore aggiunto di chi ama raccontarti la storia del posto. Ci hanno anche mostrato la cucina — una vera chicca: ancora con forno a legna, attiva da oltre sessant’anni, perfettamente mantenuta, pulita, a vista, un simbolo di continuità tra tradizione e modernità. Anche la grande sala interna per l’inverno è stata preservata con uno stile rustico ma curato, mantenendo intatto il calore dell’ambiente originario. Un posto con un’anima vera, che si affaccia al futuro senza dimenticare le sue radici. Ci tornerò sicuramente, con curiosità e appetito, per provare altre pietanze. Consigliatissimo.

La location vale il viaggio da Roma, anche per togliersi dalla canicola di luglio. Purtroppo i prezzi sono ormai assolutamente fuori controllo. La qualità del cibo non giustifica dei prezzi così alti. I cannelloni (2 di numero) a 18 euro sono follia! Gli spaghetti alle vongole veraci (6 di numero) a 22 euro peggio che andar di notte. Il gelato "artiginale" a 10 euro la ciliegina sulla torta. Tutto sopra premesso prima ci andavamo minimo 4/5 volte in estate adesso una basta ed avanza.
