A dinner that transcends mere gastronomic boundaries (in that sense, everything is perfect) to open horizons of experience. Starting from the menu, it might seem like a déjà vu like many others, but no, Francesco Abbondanza manages to deconstruct tradition, shuffle the cards, and recompose the dish to amaze like a magician. The trick is there (it's the Lucanian culinary tradition), but it's almost invisible on the plate.

We had lunch at this restaurant by chance, and I can tell you that the name of the place reflects the dishes.
The owner is very friendly, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious.

A small restaurant with a refined, elegant atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest details.
I dined at this restaurant on a weekend in Matera on the recommendation of the B&B owner, and I must say it was an excellent experience.
The same care and refinement in the dishes was also reflected in the attentive and friendly service. In short, a TOP restaurant!!!

Thank you for a wonderful evening. Beautiful ambiance, exquisite cuisine. Excellent advice and heartfelt service that truly delighted us. The house red wine, Aglianico from Eleano, is a special bottling exclusively for the restaurant. It's excellent and highly recommended.
