L'abbondanza Lucana In Matera

I can't speak highly of the food at this delicious restaurant because...we didn't have time to try it! My partner was taken ill, and the waiters, and especially the owner, were nothing short of exceptional. They were available to drive me to the hospital and pick me up until late in the evening, well beyond their working hours, and were always available to help. We will forever be grateful to them.

Upon arrival, the host warmly welcomed us. He created a pleasant experience in the restaurant, making us feel immediately at ease. The food was absolutely delicious. We only had pasta because we weren't very hungry, but we regretted not being able to sample more. We were also served delicious wine.

Today we were guests of the talented Francesco; we found a warm welcome, a friendly service, and great professionalism. It's an experience worth reliving, immersed in the flavors of our beloved Lucanian land. Lodo 1970.

The food is undoubtedly good, the location is well-kept, but the price is a few euros above the norm.

Very elegant restaurant. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Superlative food and an excellent wine list. The owner is constantly seeking out the best his region has to offer to satisfy even the most demanding palates. One visit isn't enough to try everything. Definitely recommended.

Excellent wine selection! In short, whether for lunch or dinner, L'Abbondanza Lucana is an experience to be enjoyed and savored. And to be relived again, because while it's unforgettable, you'll be longing to return.

Dishes prepared with great care, exceptional quality... 2 hours of absolute relaxation, fully satisfied palate... courtesy and kindness did the rest... prices more than reasonable

A very elegant and modern restaurant, the owner and staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I came in, and even though we were dressed casually, they welcomed us kindly. The food was good. The owner even let us try the caciocavallo cheese they used in one dish. I recommend this restaurant.
