Superlative food! Very knowledgeable about gluten-free, celiacs can eat there. They have gluten-free pasta, they make risotto, almost all the starters and main courses are gluten-free.

il ristorante è situato proprio al centro di Matera. E' ricavato in un ipogeo in pietra locale ed è composto da vari ambienti allestiti con tavoli eleganti. Il menu propone pietanze ricercate sia di terra che di mare. Ci hanno accolto proponendoci un assaggio di pane di grano arso da intingere in un olio dagli aromi ricercati. Giusto il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo posto meraviglioso che era un vecchio carcere. Il personale giovane ed efficienti ci ha accompagnato per tutta la cena,prestando attenzione alle nostre esigenze Cibo eccellente e materie prime di qualità, piatti unici e particolari presentati in maniera aeccellente. イタリアの世界遺産の街、マテーラの美味しいレストランです。ワインも素晴らしく、ビーガンまで用意されている観光客にも最適なレストランです。マテーラは夜景が美しく、夕食前後に見るマテーラの街並みは絵のようでした。ホテルはパラッオガッティー二に滞在しました。ホテルもレストランも最高のマテーラ滞在はイタリア一押しの観光地です。
