Welcoming, very well-maintained, and comfortable location. The menu features typical local products. We enjoyed the cured meats appetizer with good bread, fried gnocco (on the side), and breadsticks. We had a first course with wild boar ragù, and I must say it was magnificent, delicious, and generously seasoned. The second course was a shin of pork with potatoes, cooked very well and accompanied by delicious baked potatoes. We shared a small bottle of Lambrusco red wine (€7). The price wasn't exactly cheap, but it was fair for the service and quality. We appreciated the owner's friendliness and hospitality. Convenient parking.

Fantastic host, great food, stuffed pasta not to be missed

Excellent choice, we stopped before a Fiorentina match in Reggio Emilia and, blindly, we opted for this restaurant. We started with an appetizer of various cured meats, fried gnocco, sweet and sour onions with balsamic vinegar, and shaved parmesan cheese...all excellent. For our first course, we tried pumpkin tortelli, cappelletti in broth, and pumpkin gnocchi, all truly excellent. We paid €37 each...I'd say it's fair. The place is well-kept, clean, and has great background music. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We went there yesterday for lunch; we'd been looking for a local trattoria near Reggio Emilia and decided to try this one, partly because its name reminded us of seasonal produce. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was fairly quick, and we even found a table without a reservation. The menu is available via QR code, divided into appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, and desserts. There were plenty of local products to try, but in the end, we opted for a nice platter of cured meats and a taste of parmesan and gorgonzola. This was followed by cappelletti in broth and chicken skewers with vegetables on the side. As for the appetizer, there was nothing to complain about; the cured meats were good and the cheese was amazing. The cappelletti weren't bad either. The only downside was the main course: the chicken skewers had a nasty, almost bitter flavor and were inedible. I still can't figure out what could have ruined that dish so badly. I didn't like them at all. Prices are a bit high, with a €6 cover charge for two and €5 for two coffees. Street parking is unattended.

A place to discover. Very good local cuisine, tasty and plentiful. The staff is kind, professional, attentive, and friendly. The decor is a mix of rustic and refined. Prices are in line with the area.
