This is a good place where reservations are essential. Keep this in mind if you're booking for lunch or dinner, as you can't transfer between meals. Luckily, we were allowed to stay, even though we weren't told about it when we booked.
The food is excellent, in its own style, a bit gourmet, but definitely worth a try.
My husband and I were disappointed with the service. Only towards the end of the evening did the waiters warm up to us; before that, they were dismissive, to put it mildly. This place is strictly touristy, so this attitude surprised us.
The view from there is simply beautiful, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

There's no point looking for something wrong! It's not the
first time we've come for lunch, and saying everything is perfect doesn't quite capture the experience! The welcome is discreet but always exceptional and courteous, the service impeccable, and today, in addition to the platter, which has become a regular feature every time we come here, I ordered a burger that was so good! Congratulations... it's rare to find such a good experience these days, and each time it's such a positive experience, it's even more so!
An important note: every wine is always served at the perfect temperature, and that's no coincidence.
The dish isn't in the photo because I ate it quickly!

My wife and I had dinner last night in this peaceful haven within the Salvadonica farmhouse, an impeccable, high-quality establishment near the market. The restaurant enjoys an excellent view of the hills, meticulous attention to detail, and, last but not least, the carefully prepared and meticulous cuisine features a nod to classic Tuscan dishes, some of which have been pleasantly revisited, along with an excellent wine selection. The stuffed pappardella is a must-try! Kudos to the staff!

An excellent address! The cuisine is delicious, prepared with fresh, typically Tuscan products. Each dish is a real treat. Special mention to Vincenzo, an incredible server: warm, attentive, and passionate. He made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

Enchanting place, a truly stunning location.
Excellent food, from aperitif to dessert.
Excellent service, attentive to every need. My husband, who is celiac, had a wonderful time and was able to eat everything he wanted.
