Beautiful location in a very well-kept rustic style. The food is good, excellent quality and well-prepared dishes. We sampled several courses, some lacking punch, others exceptional in taste.

The restaurant is located inside what the official website defines as the "village" of Salvadonica and I can assure you that it looks exactly like the village it says it is. More buildings all with a characteristic rural Tuscan appearance, but with fine attention to detail. The restaurant can be accessed even if you are not staying in the structure (like I did). I went for dinner in the week of August, precisely on Saturday, with 2 people. The service is fast, impeccable, the dining room staff is prepared both in describing the dishes and in recommending a dish. We dined outdoors, under a pergola adorned with lights that create an excellent atmosphere and with pleasant background music, all the tables full but no annoying buzz. The refined but essential mise en place, easy to book online too (booking via the fork). The dishes are also well prepared, refined, revisited, tasty, nothing to say. I consider it a medium/high budget restaurant although a lot depends on what you get, but don't go with the idea of ​​spending the same as in a tavern. Despite this, I think everything is in proportion both with the food and with the structure itself which also boasts an excellent view of the valley and a complete service. Should I return we will also try the overnight stay. Advised!

A very successful arrival in Tuscany with a beautiful classic dinner with a magnificent view! Slightly stuffy atmosphere, that didn't bother our girls, great choices (and good advice from the young sommelier!) of wines and desserts not to be missed ;)

Fantastic restaurant and location! Vincent and his team serving great food and wines. Both Tagliata and Bistecca alla Fiorentina are excellent. Will definitely come back.

Posto incantevole e tranquillo dove mangiare con calma nel cuore del Chianti Classico. Prezzi nella norma ma servizio eccessivamente lento, 40 minuti di attesa per un antipasto di salumi e formaggi con il ristorante semi vuoto, qualche minuto in meno per la seconda portata.

La location meravigliosa, immersi in questo contesto dove respiri energia pura. La vista sulle colline è meravigliosa. Pranzare con davanti questo paesaggio è spettacolare. Servizio attento e curato. Staff presente e sorridente Le pietanze decisamente complete, gustose, ben presentate. Buona la carta dei vini Prezzo giusto per il contesto.

Posto incantevole. Atmosfera calda e rilassante. Servizio attento e cortese. Piatti ben eseguiti e materie prime ottime!

Wir waren im Hotel zu Gast und haben an zwei Abenden das Angebot des Restaurants vor Ort genutzt. Solide und gute Küche. Toll angerichtet! Vor allem die Nudelgerichte und Vorspeisen. Service von der Ausstrahlung her etwas ausbaufähig, alles in allem aber gut!
