It's been over 7 months and I still dream about this porchetta sandwich. It's a must-stop in Rome, and I love that it's family run.

If I could give it 100 stars, I would!!
The best sandwich we have ever eaten, amazing service (gave us free prosciutto to try!!) and spent a good 15 minutes chatting. Highly recommend going early - we went at 9am and were able to watch the process, laugh, chat, without any hurry or line behind us. Shared a monster sandwich for €20 euro and we have eaten some for breakfast and lunch but still have a quarter left.
Can’t see how you can get any better than this. The porchetta is one of the best things we have ever eaten.

Wow. This was our first food at Rome and we were amazed by how delicious this simple-looking sandwich is! The cheese and the pesto are just delightful. Would definitely come here again!!!

Porchetta, stracciatella, red onion, and sundried tomato focaccia (9 stars)
Good focaccia, and you can tell all the ingredients are very high quality, especially the red onions, which have a very pronounced flavor.
However, it's not worth the wait. We arrived at 1 p.m. and were served around 2 p.m. There were about twenty people ahead of us. Actually, the two people who run it are super nice and take the time to talk to each customer. They also weigh each ingredient to price it by weight. And above all, it's not that cheap. A very large focaccia cost €26, and they do use a lot of meat.

fantastic food and service- great value for money. the two people serving us made it so memorable by making lots of funny jokes, helping us to choose the fillings in our sandwich, and overall making us feel really comfortable and happy to have chosen this shop..
we went at around 9.20 in the morning and found there was no queue at all- we were served immediately.

Tiny bakery/deli near Piazza del Popolo
They make fresh focaccias and sandwiches with excellent cured meats, cheeses, and toppings.
If there's a line outside, relax and wait. They take it easy, ensuring every focaccia is made with the utmost love. They'll let you choose the size and ingredients, and recommend the best pairings.
Absolutely fair prices.
Each ingredient is priced by weight. For a warm focaccia with porchetta di Ariccia, pecorino, and onions, we spent about €8-10.
