Apparently first of all comes the food, but taking this for granted - as it is the best "on the road" delicacy someone can ever have - the atmosphere, kindness, professionalism, making this place a food jewellery store. Every second you spend waiting in line to order, absolutely worth it!!! Totally recommended

A superb spot where you can enjoy delicious focaccia sandwiches made with quality Italian ingredients. There's a bit of a wait, but it's more than worth it. Highly recommended!

Genuine Italian deli that sells the Best sandwiches with the softest and tastiest of Bread they will fill it with what you want from the meat to the cheese to the cooked and uncooked veg soo fresh and yep yummy for your tummy. I walked 20mins from my hotel to get one for the trip home

Absolutely incredible! The wait of about 30 minutes was well worth it; the focaccia was perfect, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and reasonably priced (around €10 each). A real treat, I highly recommend it.

The sandwiches are fresh and tasty, the owners very friendly, but we paid €13 per sandwich and stood in line for an hour. I wouldn't do that again; it wasn't that good. Just a simple sandwich, you can get that elsewhere.

21/03/2026: I recommend it! Very good food. Contrary to appearances, it's not easy to find a good restaurant in the tourist center of Rome. There are many pubs with very average food. And there are real gems like Sgarro with truly excellent food. I personally recommend the seafood pasta, but we ordered three different dishes, and they were all very tasty. Ms. Kalinka, the waitress, makes sure every customer feels at home. We send her our warmest regards. This is a restaurant everyone will want to return to. I recommend it!
