A small shop with majestic flavors. Authentic Roman paninis made with top-quality ingredients, prepared fresh to order and customized to the customer's taste. Prices are based on the weight of each ingredient. The owners are incredibly friendly and fun. A must-visit in the city.

The woman is incredibly rude. We were simply sent away, even though we only wanted to check the menu. She indicated that they are closed, but according to Google, they should have been open ages ago. She could have easily given us a paper menu instead of sending us away like this. Shame on you.

Something incredible. The most powerful thing we ate in Rome. Plenty of ingredients to choose from, even though we were there just before closing time, super friendly Italians behind the counter, super premium ingredients, and a totally low price for such a good sandwich with mozzarella, mortadella, and pesto – around €10. We also had wonderful boiled and roasted beef that melted in our mouths. Brilliant!

We found this place through TikTok—unbelievable but true! We walked almost 40 minutes to get there, and what a wonderful surprise and discovery!
They're incredibly good; I have no words to describe how fresh the ingredients are, or how divine the bread is. Everything was amazing. I recommend it 100%.
A young guy served us in Spanish—kind, funny, and polite.

Had two paninis this morning and they were both very generously crafted with pork and cheese, and the other one with mortadella and sundries tomatoes and cheese. I guess Bobby Flay knows his business, as there's a photo of him and the young man that made the paninis, whose name I don't know, unfortunately. A couple of standing tables outside would be a perfect addition, IMO.

Claudio is a genius. Very attentive to everything, giving great recommendations, and the food is spectacularly good. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, yet also very professional. 5 stars because I can't give more!

Considering all the good reviews this place has received over the years, I'm surprised to say the least. I'm not saying the food tasted bad. However, I can't understand why you would want to wait 30 minutes for a mediocre and overrated sandwich.
