An excellent little shop for a panini for lunch!!
We went there twice during our stay in Rome in early October. There was a bit of a line because it takes a long time to prepare.
You can choose your own style and pay only by weight for what you choose!

100% worth the wait !!!!
The ticket system prevents you to wait in line for hours. We suggestions to go and have a drink for 30min and then come back.
The food was incredible, the service was perfect . We highly recommand this place a must try when you come to Rome !!!

We had two porchetta rolls, which were delicious. Mine was with stracciatella, green pesto, and porchetta. The combination was delicious. A special request was also accommodated for the second sandwich, which had sun-dried tomatoes instead of pesto.
The salesperson was very friendly and funny.

That was without a doubt the best sandwich I had in my life and I’ve eaten a lot. Went with one with porchetta, stracciatella, pesto genovese and sun dried tomatoes as was the recommendation from the lovely man behind the counter. The guys were in a great mood, biggest smiles, super funny and forthcoming. Amazing experience. I’ll get one for my flight back home to make it again.

I truly had the best sandwich of my life here! 🥪 Everything was incredibly fresh, the antipasti selection was huge and simply delicious. The owner was super friendly and genuinely passionate about his work – you can tell right away. An all-around fantastic experience that I highly recommend to everyone!
