The best sandwich I've had in all of Italy. The wait is absolutely worth it, the staff are so friendly, everything is fresh, and you get to build your sandwich exactly the way you want, all made right in front of you. Prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend it!

Great focaccia, crunchy and fluffy. Great mortadella and porchetta! Friendliest customer service and they don’t rush your order. Craft to perfection and made to order. Hence the line to get in. But worth it.

This place is top notch! Best sandwich I’ve ever had. We had a long wait of about an hour, and it was worth every second. The guys were super personable, and made the time watching them make the sandwich enjoyable. My wife got the Bobby Flay, and I had him make me whatever sandwich he wanted to make me. Honestly, this place blew me away!

05/04/2026: Five of us went with my friends for Easter lunch. We ate really well, the service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. Even though we were sitting outside, we noticed the attention to detail and beauty of the place's interior. We also had a very pleasant chat with Rita, the owner, who was really happy to recommend lots of beautiful places in Rome to suit our needs. Highly recommended.
