We stopped for lunch during our visit to Città di Castello. We couldn't have made a better choice! We chose the tasting menu for two people. The dishes tasted were a succession of refined flavours, a combination of traditional dishes and original ingredients. The service was impeccable, everyone took care of our needs, especially for me who was pregnant and for our two year old daughter who was given special attention. We really appreciated the explanations of each dish and ingredient provided directly by the chef. Excellent quality and price ratio. Absolutely recommended!! Congratulations to all the staff!!

The dishes are decidedly above average, the chef is careful in telling his story which is halfway between tradition and innovation. Each ingredient is designed to balance the flavors by daring with courageous choices that give the dishes the right balance. The choice of wines is also well matched. The only flaw, if we really want, is that the cutlery should be changed for each course. Well done! You are number one in the area.

Bel locale, piccolo Menú che mi è piaciuto tanto! Cameriera gentile e attenta! Ho mangiato il loro Carpaccio (carne salada), crostini con pathé di fegatini e il Polipo sul Hummus! Era tutto ok, a me personalmente è mancata quel pizzico di passione, di amore per il piatto. Ripeto è una mia opinione! 🍀🥂

Thrilling tartare, very good, excellent first courses

Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms simply perfect. Also mentionable for the tiramisu with cantucci. Advised.

Tagliatelle con i funghi porcini freschi buonissime condite in modo ottimale ed equilibrato con un leggero sentore di rosmarino che si abbina benissimo con i funghi. Locale molto accogliente, personale gentile e attento! Complimenti allo chef Giovanni!
