If Martinis, negronis and other bitters are your favorite drink, this place is a must visit. Wonderful selection with flavours you haven't encountered much before. The interior is an assembly of all kinds.

A truly special place I discovered in Volterra, different from the usual tourist spots. The atmosphere is authentic and relaxed: pleasant background music (not live, but well-chosen), simple furnishings with rustic tables and mismatched chairs reminiscent of old bars or village taverns, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The menu is simple, with a few carefully curated dishes—and this, for me, is a great asset. We tried the charcuterie and cheese platters, the chicken liver pâté, and the lampredotto al zimino: everything was excellent, flavorful, and carefully prepared. All accompanied by a good bottle of wine. The staff is kind and welcoming, helping you feel immediately at ease. A truly worthy place: simple, sincere, and full of soul. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I went here the other night. The atmosphere was welcoming, the owners were friendly and welcoming, and they immersed you in the Tuscan atmosphere. The food and drink were excellent; if you're passing through Volterra, it's definitely worth a try!

Phenomenal place. From the food (simple but delicious) to the atmosphere to the music selection, dining here was a wonderful experience. We ordered three dishes, spending about thirty euros for two. We were offered a drink and two liqueurs after the meal. The T-shirts were fantastic, too. They were beautiful and very talented.

I went with friends to have a coffee and buy Spirito del Bosco products. The place is typical, characteristic, beautiful. The welcome is cordial and friendly. There is nothing to say about the products, in the description you can feel all the passion they put into it and the result is excellent. We will return to try the cuisine too. Congratulations

Very cool little tavern in Volterra. They have just a couple different types of beer in bottles, but they serve wines (of course) and they specialize in their own gin cocktails which are very good. The space is very small but super charming and so is the staff. Great find!
