La Vela Blu In Apice

High-quality I rarely remember eating such good seafood so far from the sea, but I have to say this place really surprised me. Located at the beginning of Apice, the location isn't the best (although the garden is a nice touch), but once you're seated at the table, the music changes. High-quality hot and cold appetizers with incredibly fresh fish, expertly cooked: the chef often shows off his skills outside, instilling confidence in his work and what he does. The amberjack was amazing, brought to the table with flashy (lights and candles) but excellent service: the staff were excellent, always friendly and approachable. Average wine: the first bottle was bad, the others were good (local white). Recommended for good seafood!

Fresh fish, beautifully cooked, and excellent value. We're in Apice, not far from the ghost town and castle, which are well worth a visit. The restaurant is very well-maintained and offers friendly, professional service. We'll definitely be back.
