Delicious food, friendly and attentive waiters with the typical Italian charm, that's what you can endure on vacation. We chose La Vecchia Senese for dinner three times during our stay in Livorno in October 2024. Outside you sit in a covered area that is used by pedestrians. We really liked it - right in the middle of it all. The prices were in the middle price segment. Top price-performance ratio.

We tried this restaurant for dinner, but decided to try pasta instead of pizza. It was a Saturday night and even if the restaurant is big, it was very crowded, with lots of tables very close to each other and brightly lit by neon lights. The decor is completed by fake doors and windows. Not cosy. Service was extremely fast but friendly enough, we could barely finish our pasta before we got the dessert menu. Quality average, prices low.

I'm from Naples and I've never found a restaurant that reminds me of my home. Special praise goes to Giacomo the pizza chef who was able to make me a Neapolitan pizza.

Ci siamo trovati di passaggio qui a Livorno e abbiamo scelto questo locale e devo dire che abbiamo azzeccato tutto, dalla fritturina alle pizze, addirittura il cuoco ha creato una pizza a forma di cuore per mia figlia senza che abbiamo chiesto nulla. Servizio e cortesia veramente eccellente. Consigliato.

Un lugar limpio , buen precio , sobre todo la calidad de la comida es muy buena. Pedimos pizza napolitana y risoto con zetas. Buen servicio. Muy recomendado. Enfrente del duomo .
