Some of which are notable: cured meats and meat tartare, for example. Or tagliatelle with meat sauce. Care and research at the highest levels. Abundant servings, even too much: this is the sore point. Because it is impossible to skip courses, and if you want to taste everything you end up overdoing it. But for a full immersion in typical Langhe cuisine, it is the right place.

Ci siamo ritrovati per caso in questa osteria in un paesino di 22 anime, è stata un ottima sorpresa, personale gentilissimo e accogliente, cibo ottimo, di qualità, sublime, abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerei sicuramente se non fosse che vivo in Sardegna.
