I asked a dear local friend to take me to an osteria with the true tradition of the Alta Langa. He had no doubts, here I am. With his celiac wife Vilma (very kind owner and highly experienced cook) she was notified in advance and made us find a menu with dishes ONLY for her, such as the famous "lele", tajarin and ravioli. These places with this attention are rare. For everything else genuine and enjoyable. I dare say low price!! Congratulations and thanks.

Super nice osteria with attention and good service

Wonderful experience in this place with ancient and refined ways. We ate in a nice outdoor area, in the cool and overlooking a panorama of rolling hills. The owner offers a fixed menu that takes care of the smallest details, with traditional dishes expertly cooked, with excellent ingredients, many of which are local. The veal with tuna sauce is excellent, the tagaliatelle and the traditional lele are excellent with very good cold cuts. The pudding with Piedmontese hazelnuts (in pieces!) is delicious and the genzianella is worth trying, a liqueur prepared by the owner herself thanks to the laborious recipe of a friar friend. We will definitely be back!
