We went to this restaurant with a simple and welcoming atmosphere and had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed an exceptional cut, tender and tasty, rich and well-seasoned wild boar tagliatelle, and perfectly creamed pici cacio e pepe. Everything was really excellent, an experience we recommend.

The best pasta I’ve ever had!
We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant in Volterra. I ordered the truffle pasta — hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. We also had pici with local beef ragù and shared some ravioli, all absolutely delicious. Tiramisu was great too.
A special mention to the manager in charge of the dining room, incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. The rest of the staff was also lovely and professional :)
Important: make a reservation! Most tables are for four and aren’t split, so even if it looks like there’s space, you’ll likely be turned away without a booking

Fabulous food, especially for the Chianina PGI and typical Tuscan products!
Excellent value for money.
Friendly, helpful and attentive staff
The innkeeper welcomed us with the utmost availability and friendliness, despite an unexpected event, after ordering they prepared the dishes ordered to take away, without even making you pay a cover charge.
P.s. We ate the pici the next day and they were delicious.. we will definitely be back

Atmosfera accogliente. Servizio rapido, attento e gentile. Buona selezione di piatti di terra con ingredienti del territorio e di mare. Una pagina apposta del menu per la selezione di tartare. Io ho assaggiato la tartare con uovo marinato e crakers di semi veramente deliziosa ed avvolgente. Molto piacevole il tuorlo marinato sia per la sua consistenza, sia per un che di sentore tostato, sapido al punto giusto e vellutato.
Come portata principale ho scelto una millefoglie di patata dolce con ricotta e semi veramente accattivante.
Ci sono stata bene e ci torno di sicuro.

Durante una gita scolastica, io e la mia collega decidiamo di andare a fare pranzo in questo locale. Appena siamo entrati abbiamo già notato la cura dell'arredamento e la qualità dei vini. Abbiamo deciso di prendere il tagliere di salumi formaggi e bruschette, divino! Salumi di ottima qualità, nostrani e abbondanti disposti insieme a dei buoni formaggi e tre bruschette una con olio l'altra con pomodorini e l'altra con un ottimo paté di pollo su un tagliere di legno. Personale molto cortese e servizio veloce. Lo consiglio per tutti coloro che vogliono assaporare un pó di Toscana!
