A sure thing. Warm, welcoming, exceptional cured meats, delicious traditional first courses, impeccable and friendly service, a place where you can fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Parma lowlands. Highly recommended!

The cured meats were good, but under-aged, almost fresh. The first courses were average, not particularly good. The second course, I'd say, was well-cooked, even good. Perhaps my expectations were a little high.

Warm, rustic, and informal atmosphere. It feels like home. The ingredients and products are of the highest quality, including the wines. The Lambrusco Mantovano is truly excellent. Simple, traditional dishes, featuring pork and exceptional cured meats. First and second courses are breathtaking. Exceptional ribs. Desserts... equally so. Highly recommended. Always book in advance!

Excellent cured meats and local dishes, served in a rustic setting. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They also sell traditional products. Highly recommended!

05/11/2025: I think this is the restaurant with the best value for money I've ever been to. Not high-quality, but very high, and above all, refined, following tradition. The wait staff does their job well, making you feel at home. Well done, everyone, and everything is beautiful. Hats off! I'd love to have a restaurant like this one someday.

16/10/2025: Excellent mushrooms and truffles. Generous portions. Very friendly staff.
13/10/2025: Excellent food, especially the mushroom-based dishes. The waiters were friendly, but not overly so. The place appears rather modest, with basic furnishings. The freshly cooked fried porcini mushroom appetizer was exceptional. The polenta with sautéed chanterelles was fabulous. The desserts were beautiful.
