La Traviata In Bologna

27/12/2024: This place is the real deal.. a wonderful, authentic Italian dining experience that feels like home. Such a charming interior and all of the dishes we had were remarkable, especially the salted caramel cheesecake. Genuinely one of the best meals and desserts we experienced on our trip to Italy. Do not miss out if you are in the area! The location is small and is booked up solid for days at a time. They leave 1-2 tables available for walk in right when the restaurant opens and it becomes increasingly difficult to secure a spot as the night goes on. We were lucky enough to be 1 of those 2 walk-in tables that were let in. The phone basically rings nonstop the first hour they are open as people are frantically trying to secure a spot for dinner - and it's a testament to how exceptional this place is. Would love to return in the future!

17/12/2024: It is not a starred restaurant and my rating seems exaggerated. But there were six of us, we all enjoyed excellent appetizers, soups such as tortellini, tortelloni, extremely good tagliatelle, even taken twice unfortunately but we will return even if the reservation is quite long, I was saying we will return to taste the second courses too. However, we tasted desserts, cake fantastic chocolate, trifle. Absolutely recommended.
