Absolutely wonderful! It is truly a delicious meal and I cannot recommend enough. Be sure to make a reservation because the book up quickly (and rightfully so!). Thank you so much for an enjoyable and delicious evening!

In general, when you travel on holiday you prefer to change the places where you eat also to test other locations. It is worth pointing out that returning to the same restaurant must have excited you. Well, we returned to this tavern for a second time as part of a two-day holiday. Reason: the good food with typical Bolognese cuisine and the service led by the legendary Giandomenico who looked after and pampered us during the two dinners with an almost butler-like care. Congratulations also to the owner who takes care of relationships with regular and non-regular customers.

Excellent Bolognese specialties: Tagliatelle al ragù, Sangiovese, Cotoletta bolognese, Zuppa inglese. Attentive service, authentic decor. Reservation highly recommended (only 2 tables for two were not reserved on Monday evening) or be there promptly at 7:30 p.m....

All very good, but I would have had more generous dishes, clearly paying more, but I would have preferred them to be more generous. All too good for that I say do it bigger

Excellent quality tortellini. The Bolognese cutlet is poor: too thin, cooked almost burnt, difficult to cut even. Eaten in half. The place deserves much more honor instead, from the air conditioners to be replaced immediately to the system ducts to be covered with a nice plasterboard veil perhaps, to the curtains to be replaced as quickly as possible. Top service and staff.

Cucina tradizionale bolognese, gustosa e schietta. Ambiente da classica osteria del centro storico molto gradevole, servizio puntuale e cortese. Tutto buono.

28/04/2025: All very well. There were a lot of us, but the food was excellent (especially the roast rabbit!) and the service struggled a bit to keep up, but overall it lived up to expectations.

29/04/2025: Best trattoria in Bologna. Crazy wine list selected by the owner! We highly recommend the Cavallo tartare served on the trolley (as per photo). All the pasta is handmade, exceptional ragù. If you are in Bologna you have to stop by Fantoni.
