If I could give 10 stars for every service I would have. Everything was perfect. From the lovely ambience and the lovely little place chosen, which is enchanting in the end. To the impeccable service and very friendly and kind waiters. To the divine food. I had a first course and a dessert as in the photo. The first course. Macaroni cooked as it should be and it is not easy, and the sauce blended together perfectly. The dessert was very delicate and well-balanced. The bread they make was also very good, especially the one with olives.

A guarantee. I think this is the fourth time we've stopped for lunch, and it's always been a pleasure. Impeccable service, excellent food.

Don't underestimate the location, right in front of the Clitunno Springs; it's a lovely spot in autumn.

Stopping at the Carletti oil mill's camper stop, we discovered the TrattOliva restaurant. It was a quiet and pleasant evening, and we enjoyed the lamb offal, something we'd never heard of before but truly special. The first courses were delicious, and the stuffed pigeon was a sight to behold! Highly recommended.

Parking was difficult, especially on the street where it's prohibited. It was Sunday and the place was packed. The kitchen was in a tailspin, and we had a long wait for our second course. The tables are very close together, and it's quite noisy. It was very hot, so we asked to open the windows with the other diners.

Everything was perfect: a fantastic appetizer; a delicious stuffed celery main course; a bottle of Sagrantino; homemade tiramisu; tozzetti with passito; barrel-aged grappa; coffee and water. Service, friendliness, and courtesy were top notch!!! All for €54.
Note: For those of us who, like me, cycle by, they have a nice, protected space in the back, keeping our bikes and luggage safe.

We chose this restaurant on the spot, without really knowing it beforehand, but we were very satisfied!
We each had a different first course (highly recommended: very delicious, with perfectly blended flavors and beautiful presentation), two side dishes (also very popular), and lemon sorbets to round off the meal.
The service was impeccable; we were greeted and served promptly without too much of a wait, and the staff was truly friendly.
Recommended, especially if you plan on taking a stroll to the nearby Clitunno Springs afterwards.
