After visiting the sources of the Clitunno, I stopped here for lunch with my wife. Impeccable service, exceptional first courses. Unfortunately we didn't like the desserts, not that they weren't good, but compared to the rest, they seemed "weak" to me. Flavor and sweetness not at all incisive. However, I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with explanations on the various types of olive oil.

We went for lunch on a fairly crowded Sunday (we had booked at the last minute!): what can I say, they welcomed us in a really kind way, accompanied us to the table and explained the menu to us in detail! We had three first courses, one better than the other, a plentiful grill and three excellent side dishes... quick service and super friendly staff! Thank you, you helped make this Sunday special!

Hospitality is warm in a famous local restaurant, and the food and wine pairing reflects Umbria's local characteristics.
The food is moderately priced, the service is professional, and the meals are basically spotless.
Highly recommended to Taiwanese friends who accidentally visit here.

Driven by the curiosity of "4 restaurants" we visited Umbria and had lunch and dinner in the two places classified 1st and 2nd. The TrattOliva restaurant which came second in the ranking was a beautiful and pleasant lunch. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and the dishes, well what can I say... FABULOUS! The pork loin was incredibly soft! To our taste and liking, my partner and I deserved first place. To return when we revisit beautiful Umbria!

What about this restaurant? A little gem. The location is very beautiful and welcoming, we were welcomed by Giulia who pampered us and served us with great professionalism. It was possible to have a tasting of various types of oil produced by them, following which we ate two exceptional first courses and a very tasty second course. Average prices. Super recommended.

Everything perfect. From the elegant location to the super professional service capable of answering every question and curiosity about the dishes. Very good food (except perhaps the tasteless and odorless truffle). Spectacular fried artichokes. Menu with a lot of choice including fish but also with a lot of quality. Fair prices. I absolutely recommend.

Quick lunch after a trip to the nearby Fonti del Clitunno.
Nice and pleasant environment.
Fast service. Good toilets.
New oil from the area is also on sale, but almost inaccessible due to the price per litre, despite the awareness of the limited harvest due to summer drought.
The Umbrian appetizer with liver croutons was good, with a good assortment of bread to accompany it.
We only had first courses, time was running out... plentiful and well seasoned.
Just a small note for the truffle stringozzi, not very tasty and with truffle sauce, not cut truffle... shame.
Seen bring other tables, always plentiful and cared for.
