A little place that's truly a gem. We go there every time we pass by.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Outdoor seating is also available. Attentive and friendly service. The cuisine pays great attention to the ingredients, some of which are home-grown, resulting in excellent food. Simple yet refined cuisine. Seasonal products are often featured.

Attentive and kind welcome, menu with typical dishes aesthetically cared for, portions not exaggerated, tasting of 3 evo oils of own production proposed before starting, homemade bread, a wine list with more than a few interesting bottles, a pleasant and ventilated outdoor space and a quiet atmosphere. TrattOliva has everything you need to spend a nice evening as a couple or in company.

Today I ate the cappellacci with zucchini and stracciatella and the zucchini and flowers in tempera served with a light and tasty sauce. Exquisite. Excellent service. Highly recommended

Excellent restaurant that takes care of the Customer.
We stopped for lunch after visiting the Clitunno sources. Excellent welcome, we had lunch with courgette flowers in tempura, "Taglioliva" with white ragù of guanciolo, stuffed cappellacci, wine, water and coffee. Excellent raw materials, artful preparation, however for my tastes I would have cooked the cappellacci for a minute longer.

What a great discovery this place was, there were 6 of us without a reservation after a trip out of town to the Clitunno springs (Republic Day). We sat down almost immediately, the dishes were all delicious, you could taste the quality and freshness of each product. I also want to compliment the staff... all very kind, they explained and recommended each course offering us their breadsticks, bread and zero km oil. Compliments

Top ... compliments really .... starting from the relaxing environment and service ... peace ... their oil is a jewel ... trio of oils offered perfect .... appetizer ok but the first tagliooliva is the best ... perfect tagliata and roasted artichokes idem.. house wine ok and tiramisu the best of all ... super thank you ... super recommended
